Be very careful when buying from this store. Our washing machine broke this month, and we used SNAP to finance a washing machine through them. We were very grateful that they were willing to work with us. They delivered it and hooked it up and we were happy. We bought it on July 7th, delivered on July 8th. The woman made it seems like if anything happened to the machine in the first 30 days that they would fix it, however it it broke due to misuse then we would be responsible for paying the cost to fix it. The machine lasted for 10 loads! On July 16th, the agitator wasn’t working as it should, so I called AND text on July 18th to ask them to come fix it, because it was under warranty. That whole week I had to reach out to them, not once did they try to contact me to let me know what was going on or keep me updated on anything. Finally on July 23rd they came out to look at it. My husband and I had to go to work, so I told them they could take it with them. Well I get a call from my mother upset that he is saying we will have to pay to get it fixed. I let him know that we had only had it for 2 weeks with it only being usable for 1 week. He was insisting we had it for over a month. I told him to take it and to please leave. A few days later his wife text me pictures of the broken pieces saying it will be $135 for the parts. I had paid $600 for the machine, so within a week I had to pay over 25% of the original cost? How do I know that those parts came from the washer I bought? And why should I have to pay that? They told me that on the invoice it says I have to pay for parts. They are claiming that we caused it to over heat. From 10 loads of laundry? No, I don’t but that. Then why would you make it seem like it would be covered verbally since this was obviously a faulty machine. If I were you, I would stay clear of this store, I feel as though they were trying to take advantage of us. They have another location in banning that I would stay clear of as well. And if they try to deny that I am a customer like they have so many people, I have text messages as proof, so don’t let them scam you too.

This place is horrible!!!! They sell junk. I purchased a washer and Dryer 2 weeks ago. Nothing but problems. The dryer doesn’t really get hot . So you always have add more time because clothes are always damp. Washer doesn’t fully rinse and spin . So the clothes always have soap residue and heavy damp. So now the not so hot dryer has to work herder. I got so frustrated I end up just buying a new set washer and dryer. Thank you Home Depot. I didn’t even feel like dealing with the owners . I just put there junk on the curb for free. Lesson learned . You get what a pay for. For 2 weeks my laundry room had a funky smell. As soon as I get rid of there junk . My Laundry room smells nice now.

Update: ( originally have them 3 stars but I've given them 5 stars cuz the husband came fixed my dryer the next day. They communicated with me very well.)They are nice couple. Delivery was fast. The husband set it up easily. Mybson and I bought financed a washer dryer set. They said it was new. Washer works great but dryer does not blow hot air. Have had it for 2 weeks now. I haven't attempted to call to ask to get it repaired or replaced yet....now reading some of the reviews I'm scared that I'm going to get the run around ??. Hopefully this will not be the case as I really liked the couple and thought I was helping the community and my wallet by buying from a small mom and pop shop instead of buying from Sears or home Depot. I hope I don't regret my choice of doing business with this store or these people. Cross my fingers they are good business people and will come fix my dryer without any issues. I'll update my review later after I've made contact ?

These people are scammers!!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! We got a washer, dryer, and fridge from them. ALL CAME BROKEN! first they said it was a minor thing and they fixed it but the fridge doesn't work at all and the washer wont spin because the agitator is broken. These people are the lowest of low. I know San Bernardino is ghetto but these people will take your money and run. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!
