I visited here earlier this afternoon, to handle an issue. "Dean" assisted me, and got the issue resolved in lightning speed. I wasn't in there for 7 minutes. Everyone here's VERY nice, and down-to-earth. I wish Citibank would follow this example. Yeah, Right!!!!!!! Thanks Again, Dean!!!!!!!!!!

It's really UNBELIEVABLE how modern workers just do not care. I was in line with about 5 people in line. Early in the day. There was 2 windows open BUT 10 ladies. They were just standing around smiling and talking. The line was getting bigger. No one opened. Finally an elderly women spoke up. They just looked at us through the window like we were zoo animals. They watched the line get bigger and bigger. After the lady said something a man showed up and appeared to light a fire under the women. They moved to work stations with as little effort as possible. Line getting bigger. Still 2 windows open. There is CLEARLY a management problem at this branch and NO senior employees who care. It's just so annoying. I honestly hate HATE having to see a human at the bank. You need to make things simple to do online, like getting a member number. You make it impossible. I sure miss when banks had professional classy people who pretended to care.

You're automated operating system makes it extremely difficult to reach a live person. Just repeats and when you select an option the recording keeps speaking without transferring you to the selected option you pick.

They lied about The Healthcare Heros account and everyone I have spoken to on the phone and in office are all on a different page. I've had at least 9 different people tell me something different. And your money being deposited on their card does not count as direct deposits. I wish they would of said something 7 months ago so I could of tried to change it. I am a Contracted worker, I can't tell them how to pay me. I feel they lied to get Healthcare workers to open these accounts, nothing they guaranteed has been. I had a totally different experience with OCCU. I am very disappointed in their services and it's had to get someone on the phone.

I came in on my lunch break for a replacement card and it was extremely hot. I was having a bad day and Cristy was very nice. She listened to my problem that had nothing to do with why I was there. I just appreciate the kindness when I was having a bad day. Give Cristy a raise if she has to be a counselor too. :)

I was assisted by Angie Alvarez for a Car Loan. She did a phenomenal job helping me get approved and giving me all the information I needed. The way she explained everything was clear, and I am incredibly grateful she was the representative to assist me in my matters.

I came in about 80 min before closing to talk about opening an account. After waiting for about 30 min someone finally approached me and asks what I'm there for. I tell her and she looks away and goes to help someone that just got there. She's with that person for 5 min and never comes back for me. All other accountants that were helping others finished what they were doing and neither one came to help me. Now after talking to someone to announcein waiting, I'm told to wait. Well another person walks in and they go and help them. I don't know why they're ignoring me as I'm not doing anything but waiting and I'm not dressed like I'm homeless. I have no idea why I was being ignored. Horrible experience and horrible representatives. I'll take my business elsewhere since they don't want mine.

Great service but there seemed to be alot of tension at this particular location on hospitality lane security guard was nice the workers seemed a lil tense and eye balled me as if i was a criminalinstead of a customer. I was very uncomfortable.They could have been more welcoming the other locations personnel are warmer and more welcoming

I have not had a good experience with this company, i get no mobil help. And no replacement for my expired card, and i need my money for food... im going in tomorrow and leaving for good.
