Called this AT&T Corporate Store from the parking lot of a horrible AT&T retailer owned by a third party, go figure. I inquired if they had a screen protector for an iPhone 13 Pro Max or an iPhone 14 Pro Max would also be okay. I was told they had one for an iPhone 14 Pro Max and i told him i would be right there. When i walked in, several employees asked if they could help me. I said, "I just called about a screen protector for an iPhone 13 Pro Max and was you have one for an iPhone 14 Pro Max." A salesman assisted me and said I spoke to him. He was very helpful and progressional and had excellent customer service. He is the first person at AT&T who told me on the phone that you can contact AT&T directly and tell them you have the screen protector plan and are having trouble locating one for your iPhone in stores and they will ship one directly to you. In person he also told me that I could bring it in and they will install it for me. Really nice to say! His name was Edgar and should be commended for his due diligence and excellent customer service! For real!

We have been an ATT customer for over 20 years (back when they Cingular). We recently upgraded our phones with a trade in. We pay for 5 lines. Phones were picked up at an ATT store. The gentleman at the store helped us factory reset the trade-in phones and mail them back in. ATT has denied our trade in stating the phones were not unlocked - They don't know how to do that? After spending hours upon hours online, and with phone support, and the store we are out of luck - they don't care one bit. and since their processes take so long, it is past the return date of the new phones. We are jumping ship to Verizon no matter what it costs. ATT does not care about its customers. Avoid them like the plague.

After purchasing an online plan, the new SIM card did not work. I went to several AT&T stores with little help. Then I went to San Bernardino where Dan spent more than an hour attempting to activate the account. Corporate said that within 24 to 48 hours it would be connected. Three days later, no connection. Dan helped me again spending more time with corporate, finally resolving the problem. Technically, he did not have to help me because it was an online plan, but felt sorry for me because it is my only phone. THANK YOU DAN!!!

Karina helped me out even though they were about to close i got there super late but she took the time to help me and get my phone transfer situation taken cared of she deserves recognition anyone else would have. Just told me to come back tomorrow and it had happen before but she was amazing
