Surprised best buy is still in business. Not good service. Geek squad is beyond a waste. Paid for a new battery, next day battery exploded. They didnt want to help me. Had a nighmare not having a phone bwcause of their error, bad installation, and cheap products.

Terrible return policy, won't be back. Really frustrating. Between our company, Christmas parties, and building out my Home Theater, I've spent over $10,000 here in the last several months. I bought a $1000 Epson projector here six weeks ago. A few days ago, the projector stopped displaying a picture. I troubleshoot it at home for a few days, no luck. I hate doing returns, but I actually wanted to explore upgrading to an even nicer projector. When I went to Best Buy to tell them that it wasn't working, they immediately started asking me if I bought product protection and told me I would have to pay a restocking fee. I asked them why I would have to pay a restocking fee if it's not working. I was immediately a huge inconvenience to them. They sent me up to the main register, and she went to tell me that I was out of luck. I told him I wanted to talk to someone above her, so then she walked me over to the geek squad. This person at the geek squad is supposed to be knowledgeable, but she tries to turn me away immediately, because I accidentally left the remote control at home. I quickly reminded her that the screen should be able to turn on. No problem by hitting the Manuel power button on the side of the unit. She did that, and she had the same exact issues that I had. She offered no suggestions on how to fix it whatsoever. She went in the back to talk to her geek squad manager, and came out and gave me a phone number to call at Epson and told me that I could return it with them if I wanted to. I told her I'd like to speak to the manager, she sent over her geek squad manager. He was nice enough, but I told her that I would prefer to speak to the store manager. The store manager on shift, Toni,, came over and she was very rude. she was immediately very defensive and trying to make me feel like an idiot for bringing it in " two months late". No, Toni, it's been six weeks, and it hasn't worked for a few days. So yes, the thousand dollar projector stopped working after 5.5 weeks. I told her that I would actually like to spend an extra couple thousand dollars in the store that day buying a new scooter and an upgraded projector, and I asked her if she could please just look past a few weeks on the return policy. No luck. I was met with "sorry, it's not my fault, that's our policy" Man, it's been a while since I've walked out of the store, feeling so defeated as a customer. I used to love going to this place and its glory days. I took a long look around as I walked out, I won't be back here.

Went into the store to pick up and trade in a laptop. From the moment I got to the counter, the employee sighed loudly as if I was bothering her. I tried doing my trade in, but she mentioned that the laptop needs to be factory reset. The email bestbuy sends for trade ins is to remove location services and they would help with the rest. She then sends me to geek squad to reset it because she did not know how to do it. Geek Squad was a completely different experience. Guy was extremely helpful and patient as the computer was taking a while to reset. Went back to the pick up/trade in line to complete the trade in. I was the only one in line. The girl working behind the counter knew what I was there for and she kept staring at me. She calls me to the counter by saying "for trading in the laptop." I then go to her and unfortunately she had the same attitude and work ethic as the first girl. I get to the counter and she says, "Unfortunately, we can't do the trade in because we close at 8." I was waiting in line from 7:50 to 8:01. I had been waiting in line patiently for her to tell me she couldn't do the trade in? This was a slap in the face as I had been at this best buy trying to do a trade in from 5:30-8. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The two girls at the checkout/pickup counter were working like snails and did not know how to do a thing. They would let out a deep and loud sigh anytime I would ask a question. There's more to this story, but overall, bad experience at BestBuy and I will not be going back.

This review is purely for the large white egg shaped woman, with the dollar tree eyelashes and winged eyeliner working the customer service counter. I went in to exchange a controller and this woman had the nastiest attitude I have ever encountered. You literally cannot look as you do and then treat people the way that you do - pick a struggle!!

Typiclal large retail electronics store chain. Hit or miss on each visit here. But it has a better selection than the Beaumont store.

The automated phone system is the worst I've ever experienced and if you try to call this location they don't pick up for a long time. If you go in to get help expect to be standing at a desk or wandering around looking for someone for a long time

I bought a 65-inch LG on December 15, 2023 and on January 29 it stopped working without any damage, I tried to fix the problem in the store but the workers responded to me in a very bad way that's why I said I would never return to this store
