I had a worker name Isabel claim she was the manager and was very rude the whole time. We came in for a new plan and I asked her about a deal I seen online and she threw my phone and said "do it online then".

Horrible customer service and when you want to switch they won't give you your account number they will tell you to call 611 customer care and that takes 15-20minutes when they could have easily gave it by my phone number

I've been paying 7$/month for insurance for over a year. The phone is not working properly so I took it into the store to get the help this insurance promised me. Not. They said I would have to file a claim. So I did. Guess what? They rejected it. Now I can't even get the useless insurance $7/Mo removed without more run around. Five fingers down but 1 up. Guess which one? Lol
