“I needed a 7-passenger vehicle on short notice. While shopping online, I found some rates to be unreasonable. Fortunately, I came across America's Xpress, where the rates were very reasonable! The staff was friendly, and the vehicle was in perfect condition and ideal for our trip. Thank you for saving the day!”

“The service was good, the area clean, the car clean. The guy working the counter not so friendly. I had to say hello first and that I had a reserved car. He asked for ID and credit card. I asked if he took the California mobile driver license and he said no I need the card. Maybe Hertz needs to get mobile ID scanners in California. Otherwise he asked me to sign, look at pictures of the car sign and then handed me the keys. I didn't even know how to turn on the car. I was too intimidated to go ask the guy and had to figure it all out on my own. All I can say is it's a good place to rent a car but don't expect exceptional customer service.”
