Dude kept my car for 4 months to do absolutely nothing to my car but just take it apart I had to constantly remind him to get it done the only reason I wait this long take my car back because I never had problem with him before, been here for years trusted him but kept leading me on every car kept going in & out but mine stay in same place collecting dust nothing being done wasted my time keep in mind he had plenty of time to work on my car but he rather fix other cars for a quick buck he didn’t value my time he simply just didn’t care
I came to do timing cover leak and valve cover gasket ^ doesn’t take 4 months to do^ I gave up
He still hasn’t done it !!!!
Stay away if you can lot better mechanics in the area

Neighborhood shop. Thought I'd give them a chance. Professional Service. They picked up my car and returned it, in the rain. A little pricey but quality work and good communication is important to me. I will use them again

MAN Let me tell you about chewys garage man I’m a disabled dad of 2 I do DoorDash and uber for my funds I heard my engine knocked while I was out Doing orders so I went straight home to find a local mechanic the prices I was getting just for a diagnostic was crazy over 300 but chewys garage will charge you 160$ for a diagnostic but wave that fee if you choose to get the work done at his shop and from the moment I walked in there wasn’t a sketch feeling in me I felt good I felt like he took pride in his shop and his work I told him whatever the price is for a motor swap let’s just do it I felt I was in great hands which I was I told him I have a surgery coming up and my wife was going to need that car soon without hesitation we came up with a plan got a motor placed and shipped to him within a week then he proceeded to swap and have it ready within a weekend this is a man of his word he even switched out my transmission pins which were going bad I would of never knew the amount of respect I have for this man if I even need anything done to any of my vehicles I’m coming to chews garage with out a doubt in my mind he’s got great prices and most important he’s a man of his word thank you chewy I look forward to working with you in the future 🤙

On new years I was checking the fluids on my 2014 honda pilot and found that it had oil in the radiator. So the next day I called chewy's garage and let them know about my emergency. I was able to drop off my car and they found the issue within a few hours. The transmission oil cooler had cracked inside the radiator and started mixing with coolant. I authorized the repair and had my car back the next day. I was still stuck at work and couldn't pick it up so they offered to drop it off to my wife at home since I had the 2nd car. Talk about great customer service! Will definitely be giving them more business.

My car was making this terrible grinding noise. Took my car to two other mechanics they had me fix things that didn’t take the noise away and no one could find out what it was. Took it to Chewy’s Garage and he figured it out in one morning. The office staff was so friendly and kept in constant communication with me regarding status of the repairs. Chewy himself thoroughly explained what the problem was and he even fixed something else he found while in there! Felt so good to get my car back and no more noise! Definitely recommend this place!

Chewy's Garage provided excellent professional and most friendly service. I was provided with vehicle diagnosis and options for resolution quickly, to which my vehicle parts were ordered and received within 1 day. Receptionists Sylvia and Veronica were so very informative about the service and my options. The mechanics Jesus and Carlos were a very friendly and professional. My truck service was completed expeditiously and everything works great!
You can't beat honest professional service with reasonable prices. I checked other locations around the Inland Empire and Chewy's Garage was the best. I will definitely return and recommend this business to all.

Thank you Chewy for excellent customer service. I call Chewy Garage my trusted auto mechanic "husband" they helped me through a very tough situation. the moment i called they walked me through what i needed to do. When that did not work, they came to my rescue. i am so grateful for this garage!!!!
