This place is a joke, the staff in the back don't know what the hell they are doing. 2.5 hours for a rapid drug screen and fit testing. The back office staff walk around like they don't know left from there right. They are rude, slow and completely clueless

this place is ridiculous!!!! 3+ hour wait times just to pee in a damn cup!!! lobby isn't even full and they take forever! most unprofessional place ever! do not come here! witnessed 4 different people go crazy on the employees because of how lazy and unprofessional they are!

This place DOES NOT have your best interest in mind, remember they work for your employer not you!Stood at the counter for 10 minutes before the person at the desk even acknowledged me. Multiple people complaining about wait times and his answer is just "sorry we don't have staff" what kind of answer is that??

Been here plenty of times for my dot physical and I'm always in and out . The staff is always kind and friendly. The doctor is very polite and professional.

I do not like writing bad reviews about companies and things like that I always try to see the good and everything however, unfortunately, the reviews for this clinic is true. In the beginning they were nice I guess because they were getting paid the specialist. I assume I felt was really concerned and caring about my condition. However, when the money stopped and I got burnt by the company I work for his assistant Melissa was very unprofessional and cruel and unkind, maybe because I wasn’t her race, even though I am mix, but those saying is, if you have one drop of blood blood in you, you’re just black, she didn’t work with me. She didn’t fight for me unprofessional in the beginning. Everyone was in my face smiling, but all of a sudden they switch like Jekyll and Hyde, they gave me the runaround. I cannot recommend this clinic to anyone there not for you if they’re not getting paid very deceitful not professional I’m so disappointed I was a new impression that may be the reviews are wrong, but maybe I was just too naïve. I try to see good and everything but in this case, I shake my head we live in California. It is Hollywood-ish everybody is an actor or actress that clinic could’ve won the Oscar!

If you want to get misread by a doctor and disrespected by them and not helped then this is the place to go. If you have an opinion for the doctor no you don't come back in 3 days. If you want to change locations the doctor can't do it. Doctor did not follow procedures. An inspector needs to come and check out this place. I have a sprained ankle and the doctor did not offer me a single bit of treatment try to put me back to work. The staff and the doctor here treat this place like it's a playhouse rather than a place for medical assistance and evaluation

Most of the staff was helpful. However, labs to be resulted shouldn't take more than an average of 3 days. This isn't the first time. First time took one month to be cleared. This last time it cost me a delay of one week so far to start my Travel Contract as a Nurse. All Concentra appears to prioritize is intake so you can bill.

Called me back to see the doctor. Put me in that little room and left me there for 3hrs. Luckily I fell asleep while watching college football. Came in after 2hrs said sorry your paper work was misplaced. How about the God Damn folder outside my door that’s not an indicator someone is waiting? Then after the trying to buy me off with a completely stale bag of pretzels. Proceeded to leave me in there another hour before I saw the Dr. for a total of 3 pointless hours waisted of my life I’ll never get back. I could have been at home tending to my injury myself. That would have been much much more productive. The level of incompetence is absolutely astounding!

Was skeptical at first upon going because it was in San Bernardino…. But the staff and place is very nice and clean! All staff were delightful and pleasant if I ever need to have another screening I’ll definitely be back here!

The doctor was very rude she came in for 5 minutes, did not give me a proper assessment and without any warning she discharged me, she did not let me ask any questions or further examine me . The only bright side to this experience was the staff because they were very kind but the doctor was in my opinion useless. I also got there at 1:30 and didn’t leave the urgent care until 6:50 at night it was RIDICULOUS to say the least and I was in pain the entire time had I known this was going to be my experience I would have asked to go literally anywhere else.

Despite not calling before I came in for a preemployment physical, I had to wait 3 or 4 hours through no fault of the staff, which were caring, courteous, respectful and competent. Largely because of a positive experience and successful physical I got the job! Thank you Concentra San Bernardino! Especially the young lady with the Marine fiancee. Acknowledged my Marine status and made my experience there enjoyable. I forget her name, but keep up the great work! I recommend a raise!! Lol

The most unprofessional urgent care I have everrrr experienced I been coming her for 2 months because i messed up leg at work they doctors don't care they'll try there best to push you out they don't care for the community my leg is still strained & they are tryna to send me back to work full duty knowing I'm still in pain which I told them today n she said there's nun she can do this place needs to be shut down. Then on top of that they give attitudes even the nurses I just don't recommend this place

Front desk ladies are lazy and rude. Too busy talking with each other doing nothing while door dashing Starbucks when they can actually help out. It was great when the woman wearing black scrubs and put them to work to expedite the process for those of us that were there just for a drug screen. I still was there an hour and a half to pee in a cup which took a total of 5 minutes. Definitely room for improvement

The wait time was ridiculous even with the appointment, I waited 3 hours for physical exam, drug screen, and TB skin test. It's an urgent care so it's understandable. Staff were super nice and helpful tho, Tiffany was very nice and informative.
