Took my tires I purchased in since I thought I had a nail.... Turned out to not be but my tire came out missing pieces to its rim and a green cap on my tire. Do not get tires or trust Costco with anything on your car. They will try to say it was someone else that broke it but that has not been the case the two times I've gone there.

This review is solely for the new chocolate chip cookie sold in the food court. It was absolute perfection and I would buy it again and again. The cookie was crispy on the outside and soft, chewy and chocolatey on the inside, warm all around. I love that they decided to use bittersweet and semi-sweet chocolate chips instead of milk chocolate!

The worst branch. Customer service in sanbernandeno not good at all special in self check in, they asked to see your membership photo but they never help to scan items even you are a senior ,not same Fontana branch they help & scan all items for every one . they are too rude . they refuse to return one item. I went to Rancho Cucamonga they return it imideatly.

The staff here are rude and unprofessional! They treated people like criminals. We had to stand here for like a few minutes just for them to look at the receipt. They looked and had a hard time counting. Horrible front staff

The time in line for membership was ridiculous, 45 minutes, 4 people in front of me. Employees need better training.

I primarily go here for the gas, this has the best gas station set up compared to North Fontana or Rancho Cucamonga. I did not go in the store, so I don't know how that is.

Don't go here supervisor Paulina and the cashier Let not only are they races since they heard us talking Spanish and my mom spoke to her in Spanish she made a face. They said I could not paid with my EBT card I have always come with my mom not once did I have a problem. Not ever coming to here again.

I used to absolutely adore this spot. But over the last few years it's become more and more of a nightmare to navigate.First, the parking lot, and entrances are so incredibly difficult to navigate, often leaving traffic stuck in the intersection leading into it.Then, good luck finding a parking spot. The parking lot is chaos, and I can't imagine how many accidents must occur. The line for gas, despite recently changing, still often leads out to the street, blocking traffic.Inside the club you're met with extraordinarily long lines to check out, even in self-check out.The food court, despite making changes to their check-out experience, also seems to always have wildly long lines and waits.With as well as this store must do, it's a shame they haven't considered moving locations to provide a better experience to their customers. Expand their parking lot to double, and consider building out the store to support more customer visits.I will say, the products are wonderful, and the prices and return policy keep me coming back - but I often dread having to head over.Finally, is there anything better than a Costco hotdog combo? I dare say not. It is one of life's greatest joys.

Cashier, "Chip" made this an awful experience. Went shopping with my brother, and while waiting in line he went to the bathroom, so I borrowed his card. Now Chip seemed perfectly fine scanning everyone card, but the moment it was my turn, he literally studied my face AND the card, only to pull me aside saying, "Only members can shop here, I'll hold onto the item until the real owner of the card returns." I literally only was purchasing ONE item, Laundry detergent. Now my brother returns after 5 minutes, and we confront Chip only to see that they already RETURNED the item. So we had to wait 20 - 30 minutes for them to get our item again. Absolutely ridiculous, my Ethnicity is Asian, so I don't know if he just racially profiled me or something.

They denied my service dog and the employees some short blonde dude and the old asian lady at the door had the audacity to say service dogs don’t act like that when all my dog is walk ahead of me a look around like he’s trained to do that im so pissed my dog is trained to help with my panic attacks its already hard enough going into crowded spaces especially places that employees are disrespectful and rude like that and its not the first time ive been with my dog either its never been a problem in the mornings at night the employees seem to be not trained properly
