If I could leave 0 stars I would !! DO NOT BOOK has bed bugs. I went to bring it to the office attention and they did nothing for us did not want to refund my money or nothing. Offered to switch rooms then after said no we aren’t going to switch rooms because I told her that I didn’t want to stay here anymore due to me having a child here who is getting bit up. The front desk lady (young black lady) super rude and did not care about anything we said. They tried making it seem like we brought the bugs in when we had been getting bit up the whole time. I would NOT recommend.

Omg! Don’t come here it’s not what it looks like online, I came here thinking it looked like the pictures. I literally cancelled and went to the Hilton that’s 10 mins away for 40 dollars more. This building is falling apart right when I pulled up there were people on drugs outside the pool was rusted and the diving board broken. They don’t have anyone going in the lobby for security purposes. There’s literally people walking around on drugs. I wouldn’t even trust my car outside I had to cancel immediately. THIS HOTEL IS NOT WHAT It looks like online! Stay away from this hotel!!!

The manager is mean. He is a cheapskate as well. I didn't see him until the end of my stay, but he tried to deny that there was anything wrong with the room that I was staying in. I had problems from the morning I opened the door, and every morning of my stay. The door was stuck every morning, the second morning I decided to call the office so they could come and open the door and let me out. Being locked in a room, and unable to get out is a very scary feeling. I thought about a fire or something dangerous like that and the fact that I couldn't get out of the door. I brought that scenario up to management and they still made no effort to change the room I was in. I'm in that room because I cannot move fast or climb stairs. I asked for a downstairs unit. I also had to contact corporate because of the fact that they did not bother to change my room, they said that they would help settle my bill when I checked out, just to speak to the manager. When that day came, the manager who I never saw before shows up in tries to deny the fact that there was anything wrong with that room. I'm sure he was informed of the issue, but never bothered to call me to apologize as the manager for the inconvenience that's being caused, instead he shouted at me like I was trying to take advantage of the situation and obviously I was not. Some managers don't like when you point out problems with their property, they really don't like it when you post it for review.

Very nice people however not a very good area. Owner/Manager walks parking lot at night. We felt safe in our room excellent price under $100

Drug addicts and people selling drugs out rooms
Don't recommend this place for anyone

This review is solely on the hotel and rooms, not the staff. Aside reading the reviews, i decided to give this place a try. Although the bedding was clean and comfortable, the rooms are in desperate need of overall maintenance. Walls are cracked, walls are dirty, really outdated furniture & locks and there is an infestation of roaches. Luckily i didnt see them until the morning, but this is quite gross to be honest. I had to triple check to ensure i didnt bring any roaches in my luggage with me back home. Wouldn’t stay here again. Yes, its cheap and i get the “you get what you pay for” but lesson learned.

Completely disgusting and the worse stay i have ever had in any hotel. We stayed at room 218 and minutes within checking in we saw a Cocroach on one of the nightstands. So I killed it but minutes later we saw another in the bathtub instantly we knew there would be more. We noticed them coming out of the corner from where the restroom tile was splitting and where there was missing grout. We called the front desk to switch up from the room they said that all rooms were fully booked when it was obvious that there was no cars parking spaces empty and online there was rooms available displayed. There's so much more that I can say but I'm too pissed off to continue with this review. This place is disgusting they have the worse customer service and unsanitary conditions I have seen in my life and I have stayed in many different hotels all around.

Found cockroaches in room. Over 10 all sizes. Managed did not want to refund room when decided not wanting to stay. Paid over 180 for two rooms. People hanging outside the rooms and cars playing loud music in parking lots all hours of the night. Rooms also had funny smell.

I'm waiting on my mom on the waiting list with the housing authority and natural core send 2012 nobody is trying to get in touch with each other I've been online since for a long time ago this is confusing me why the house 🏠 Authority it's not trying to help me I get my share now I'm waiting for you I've been coming into the office with the housing authorities play Crestview terrace apartments and more in that area sometime I do speak with Jackie the manager she cannot give me no answer what's going on with this situation please help me now

We couldn't sleep because of loud music and partying guest nextdoor. It was 1am. We called the front office twice. The front desk staff were unable to assist us. The guest nextdoor were now threatening us. We called the police because we were in danger. The staff didn't help us with a refund. The police came and we were able to safely leave.

Best part about this place is the pool the rooms all depends on what one u get room 115 n 116 are the best cuz the bathroom makes up for the little room but other than that there pretty good
