Lady at the front desk was very rude not helpful at all. I went in because I’m epileptic and my license was suspended. I was just trying to ask some simple questions seemed the lady was very irritated. She made me feel very embarrassed and uncomfortable.

So I was talking to an employee by the phone and nicely told her to transfer me but I gave her my name and didn’t gave her my last name. I will be filing a complaint on the employee Erika. So rude, always rude, I don’t know why she is even working there, she always rude to me, that’s why I was say to transfer me to another employee.

I love this office. Many people come here for the wrong reasons. It's not a regular DMV. You can't get regular services there. This is for DUI, medical issues, suspensions for points. This photo is not even this office. Misrepresentation of what this location does.

This place literally told me to go to the DMV to get my license unsespended when the DMV that day told me my file specifically tells me to come here. The lady had a deep monotoned voice and basically sounded like the type of person where they look at you and think “you’re really gnna make me work right now?.” Type of attitude. All I want is my license back, it’s been a year that it’s been unsespended. All in all she “helped” me by saying I need to write an essay to them explaining WHY I need to drive. WHY I need a license. LOL LIKE WHAT?? I have bills and jobs and life to handle, why else would I need it!? Then she said it’s gnna take 3 weeks after that for them to contact me. Here I am, 4 weeks later. Hmmm starting to think she lied to me

The worst. Every time I call, There is always a woman who makes rude comments to me whenever I ask questions. I am just being careful because this branch suspended my license TWICE DUE TO AN ERROR THEY KEEP MAKING WHEN EVER THEY LOOK AT MY CASE.
