Assembly Bill 1632 states that retail stores have to provide restroom facilities for their customers. I was denied that this morning. They said they don't have a restroom for their customers. They sent me next door to Marshall's. I explained that I wasn't Marshall's customer, I was their customer. Didn't help. I was embarrassed in front of about 8 customers in line.

Security guard has a power trip just because he has a gun lol the staff told him to open the restroom for another customer due to new management rules
And he refused and walked away. Lol.

Employees Janet and Kim are extremely rude, inappropriate and unprofessional! On Sunday 2/18/2024 shortly after noon Janet was working the front register all by herself as the line started to reach the center of the aisle because the line was so long and moving so slowly. A customer who's already in the front being checked out kindly makes a very valid point that the line is excessively long with no attitude or nothing he was just making a very valid point. Janet proceeds to him there's no one else available to open another register although Kim was just upfront and saw how busy it was but went back to the back choosing to stock the cooler instead of tending to all those waiting customers in that excessively long line. Right after the kind customer with no attitude and a very valid point left Janet then called Kim to open a register because the line was still excessively long , Janet then proceeded to tell Kim what the kind customer with the valid point said for all to hear and Kim replied loudly for all to hear that she's a grown woman and that she will do whatever she wants to do whenever she wants to do it and that she doesn't care how long the line is or how many customers are waiting in line in front of all the other customers. Janet proceeds to laugh when theres absolutely nothing funny about this totally unprofessional ignorant behavior between the 2 of them. I've never witnessed such unprofessional and disrespectfulness behavior at any Dollar Tree I've been to and ive been to quite a few .There behavior was highly inappropriate, unprofessional and totally unnecessary on every level imaginable. It was truly sad to listen to these 2 employees feed off each others negativity. Kim and Janet superiors need to have a serious talk with both of them regarding there outrageously unprofessional behavior.

My boyfriend purchase an item at Dollar tree and we didn't stay outside for longer than 5 minutes and then he came from helping her assisting another customer with their belongings to their car and then he came back and saying that we had to leave him know he didn't know that we just purchased something at the store and he gave me not even like breathing space to get up from sitting down on the curb because he was getting a pepper spray my dude for no reason after purchasing something from the Dollar tree he makes me for trying to get in the middle of him making my dude and my eyes are still burning and it's been 2 days and he had no business kicking us out outside the store because his job duties is to stay inside Dollar tree not to be outside or in the parking lot of other stores and tell us that we have to leave I'm still in bad pain in my man's whole body hurts him we're suing them because all he did was laugh and call his name and we're still in pain that fat oompa loompa security guard he's going to get it I don't like ugly
