The check-in process is smooth, with drivers receiving a barcode upon entry after showing a driver's license. The entrance is located on N. Mike Daley Road. The unloading process is efficient, often allowing drivers to be in and out within about an hour, sometimes even when arriving hours ahead of a scheduled appointment. Drivers queue on the roadside before entering. After backing into the assigned dock, paperwork or a manifest must be dropped at the office, which is located past a stop sign near Gate 95. Once unloading is complete and the green light comes on, drivers return to the office or guard shack to collect documents before exiting. The place can be quite crowded. There is overnight parking available on the street and in a dirt lot near the interchange, though some note a lack of cellular network service there. Overall, for many drivers, it is considered one of the best delivery location experiences.

Not a bad facility my appt was for 11am i checked in at 6am and was out by 7:30am. 6am is when they start receiving, there is some parking on the street for overnight
