“Just your typical cell phone store, I had a good honest associate. But do you research if you have a certain question about a plan or phone promotion call and listen to what they tell you and when you walk into the store listen to the associate tells you two different things so pick and use and look at your statement bill. And nothing is free always a fee”

“Needed to stop at Costco or Sam's for a few things en route back home from a quick weekend trip to PS. The closest ones were in the opposite direction in Palm Desert therefore decided to stop at this location which is conveniently located right off the I-10.I was hoping it would not be packed during a weekday but then again it was a holiday (MLK). Was able to get in and out fairly quickly being it was so crowded! Employees were very efficient and friendly as well. Parking was a nightmare though!”

“Hi my name is Tina and I am a nurse I was having problems with my phone and my internet and my gigabyte I came in the store today around about even though you're at 6:30 and Jazmin so nice and so professional she took the time out to help me fix the problem with my phone I really really appreciate her professionalism she need to be appointed a manager of the store I had this phone for nearly two months when I first bought the phone this rude sales girl was working that day she was very disrespectful unfriendly it made me feel uncomfortable when I was asking for help with the phone she did not want to help she wanted to help other people in the store that spoke Spanish see was very unfriendly and mostly of all did not want to sell me anything she really wanted me to leave the store that's how I felt I would never come in next door again long as I know that she works there if I see her in there I would not come in there she's rude and nasty get rid of her and I'm going to continue to complain on her until you guys find somebody with a better personality I don't care how many years she been there she's horrible she needs to be fired thank you”

I went here to get my stereo installed and they set me up for an appointment in 3 days. When I arrived, he got right to it, knocked it all out as I was in the parking lot, tested it, and shot the sh17 with me while he finished out the install.I also purchased a set of ribs and tires here 2 years ago. I definitely support this business.”
