Nice staff at the San Bernardino site on E Street. From the guy who gave me the keys to the vehicle and when I returned the car, the guy who inspected the vehicle. They were both very professional, friendly and accommodating. I will use Enterprise Rent-A-Car forever.

Awesome location. They got me set up with a rental when my car was damaged in an accident. Friendly staff, and were always available with any questions. Highly recommend using their services.

It was a highly professional experience. Jesus demonstrated exceptional customer service by attentively listening to our rental needs and promptly providing us with a Toyota Highlander. His proactive approach in picking us up from the collision shop, where my father's truck was unfortunately damaged while parked, further exemplifies his dedication to customer satisfaction. The worst rental car experience I have ever had. I have a reservation & payment and they have had me waiting for 45 min to check out my car. Go to Redlands, this place is a disaster
