Dropped off Truck due to battery issues on Wednesday. Called Friday morning Truck not ready. So I !!!! asked for a Rental . Picked up Rental car had to pay insurance for 3 days. I waited almost 2 weeks no response from my service writer. So I called to see what’s up. He told me the part came in that morning and he would find out ETA and he would call me back. He never did. So the next morning he called me saying truck is done. I went to take the rental back and found out that I had to pay insurance around $179 dollars for having the car for two weeks. The Rental place didn’t tell me that after 3 days I would have to keep paying insurance. I was like Woow !!!! I told him if I had known about it. I would have returned it back. I am on disability and home all day. He told me that he was going to call the service manager. He also said that the manager wasn’t going to do anything about it. I was driven to the dealership and talked to the manager. I told him that the main issue that I had was there were no communication from the service writer and the rental place to me. I told him that I wasn’t happy about this whole situation. He told me that it wasn’t there fault. And he would discuss it with the service writer . Which he was there listening in. The service writer said to me that he told me that the truck was going to be out for about 2 weeks. I told him that he didn’t communicate it to me at all. Cause if you had I would have returned the rental after 3 Days. So the manager said that he can’t do anything on his part and that he would call them to see what they can do about the $179 dollars. And that they would get back to me. The service manager was not concerned at all about this issue. I will not be back there for future services. I eventually got a call back from the rental company and they wanted me to pay at least $80 dollars. The ford dealership has business with the rental company. They should cancel business with them if they are not going to step up and realize they made the mistake on not communicating. Not a happy camper!!!!! P.s The dealership didn’t even wash my truck !!!!! Frustrating!!! Take care of your customers!!!!

Fairview Ford should be called Fair Deal Ford. If you are looking for a Ford, go to Fairview. They will be straight with you. After driving several midsize trucks, we decided the Ranger was the one for us, but a different larger Ford dealership gave us the run around. They quoted a price way higher than sticker for features we didn’t even want, then kept us there forever and never gave us a straight answer on our trade in. Fairview was totally different. Andy told us our trade-in value right away, and then he found the exact truck we wanted for the right price even though they had to get it from a different lot. We are thrilled with the service and our new truck!Thanks Andy!

Great service flew in from Tennessee to pick up a 2018 Ford Escape, Andy picked me up at the Ontario airport in the vehicle I was purchasing. Great service and I’m a very happy customer. Would buy from them again. Thank you Andy

This was the most pleasant and honest car purchase in my life. I was looking for a specific F150 in a color. Danny R answered the phone, listened to me, found me two options, we made a deal over the phone, drove over to sign papers and they delivered the truck same day.

Fairview Ford Service department has been doing a great job on all four of our Ford vehicles. To date I have not had to take any vehicle back for a second time.
This is not always the case with other Ford dealerships near us.

He’ll work extra hard as a sales person to get the deal on the vehicle you want. This is my second time buying from Fairview Ford and I’ll go back again for my future purchases.

They (Ford) were able locate an oil leak on my 2016 Ford Escape and informed me how long it would take to repair. They also replaced my air filter which unbeknownst to me Raceway Ford never did when they serviced my vehicle just two weeks prior. David Hoppel, the service advisor was helpful and courteous. I decided from now to have my vehicle serviced at Fairway Ford in San Bernardino.

I called & then took my car in, but I had not got the name of the person I spoke to, and they had not asked my name. When I arrived, they tried to discourage me from waiting for service, saying it would be the end of the day before they could get to it. I stayed & my car was serviced. I was not called when it was ready. I had gone to lunch with a friend who came & picked me up. When I returned the car was ready to go. I’ll make sure I get the name of the person I speak with on the phone next time!
