I have a watch from the UK. It needed a new battery. I went back to the place where I had it replaced the last time. They wouldn't replace it. The told me to try a mom n pop place. Found the place and 10 minutes later, I'm walking out with a working watch. Thanks

I didn't get to know the lady's name but she was very sweet and was able to add my charms from James Avery to my bracelet. I couldn't find a jeweler who can add my charms and here they did! Going to come back with more charms 😁

Went this morning to have back of square gold hoop earring fixed as it no longer latched. The nice lady fixed it within seconds and said “No charge.” I love coming here for my battery changes and jewelry repairs!

Don't go there... super expensive for fixing anything. They charge you double or maybe triple. There's one short lady (maybe a manager or something), speak with foreign accent who's very rude, dishonest and offer you a very expensive price.
(but there's one guy (he comes very often) who's very nice & friendly and give you a reasonable price and sometimes free of charge).
