Which they use to be good ... More Richard Shirley 11 reviews Truly the worst bank I've ever dealt with because of the inability to do their basic jobs. They can't even reliably report with any competency to the credit bureau.They have knocked down my report because of their error. Which they can't fix. So if you need a lower credit report this is the place. Update: the level of sheer lack of knowledge and unresponsive customer service has propelled this 'bank' to unparalleled heights. One week has passed and these 'bankers' can't even disperse a simple loan that's funded. From telling them that yes...DocuSign is a faster more convenient solution vice having to go to the bank to sign various documents isn't needed. Insisting on scribbling declarations in an email doesn't promote customer confidence. Now their inability to do this simple transfer function has my money lost in the wire transfer cloud. The response from their expert Suzanne: " well you'll just have to call the other bank" and that's the extent of their help... Time to file a complaint with the feds as their complete ineptitude has cost me a great deal of hardship

Just got of the phone with Carmina And is sad to say if u could look else where for a credit union I would do so I gave them more than enough time to submit my paper work and after excuse after excuse I was told now that their now submitting my paper work that I might pay late fees and as smooth as they try to be to tell me there where going to ad the late fees for their mistakes to my loan Just please be aware

I was interested on opening a new account and applying for a loan. I called the credit union multiple times to ask important question prior to my 40 minute drive to the credit union. Over the phone they assured me they would match other credit unions car loan interest rates with simply just showing them the current rates offered via the website. Come to find out and after driving to the credit union it was all a lie, and a nonsense excuse was told. My appointment was at 10:00am but was not received until 10:20am as many current members were there complaining about account and card issues. At the end I did not open an account and loan officer proceeded with providing me her business card for no reason.

There was a fraud with someone using my debit card number from Santa Ana & not once I received a call from a fraud number to see if it was me making that purchase or permitted someone else to using my debit card. Which they use to be good at calling to see. Remind you, I had possession of my debit card & live in S.B. 1st Valley (Susan) had me fill out a form & file the “five purchase claims” with them on top of filing a claim after anything over a hundred dollars to the police department. Susan stated it can take up to 100 + days to receive my money back or sooner :/Now just a waiting period and once I receive my money back, I’m changing banks. Sadly after being at this bank for 25 plus years before it was only County/City employees , my money isn’t safe there, now knowing after anything after hundred dollars/ waiting period of 100 plus days to receive my money back if fraud ever happens again.

10/10 recommend this place! Carmina was excellent and informative. I opened up an account and got a vehicle loan, and the process was quick and easy. Carmina's customer service will definitely have me referring this place to my friends and family, and best part is their interest rates are low and fair!!

After years of banking with them these people are clueless can’t change anything that goes wrong with your account. If it doesn’t involve deposit or withdrawal they have no idea what they’re doing. Do not recommend this credit union

If I could give it negative Stars I would. Been having problems with this Bank since day one. Can't access my online account because they need to send a verification code to my phone number have a new number and they won't update it. Tried multiple times to do it online finally called yesterday talk to someone gave him the new number and it's still not updated. If it's not about a deposit or withdrawal these people are clueless
