Store opens at 10, I was there at 10:05am for a Shein return. Saw 3 employees talking to each other so I went up to one of them asking about a return and 1 girl claim to be a supervisor said give me 5 minutes I'm in a needing with my team. Ummm Don't you think you should have ALL TEAM MEETINGS PRIOR TO STORE OPENING???? No employees on the floor but a hand ful of customers... not a good look. One customer even put a dress in get bag and walked out. Oh well you shouldn't have been occupied with your team meeting while the store is open.

My husband bought me an Outfit as a surprise & got it way too big so “the manager Julie“ said he couldn’t return (THE VERY NEXT DAY) because the tag wasn’t attached but he had the receipt & original tags so now I’m justStuck with an outfit too big I can’t do anything with!

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! They will never deliver your package and they won’t take responsibility! They are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and the delivery service they use is a joke! Just threw $150. Down the drain with nothing to show! Horrible customer service! Will NEVER shop here again

Nice warm reception by staff. Place clean and organized. Lots of selection mostly on clothing s and apparels for younger people. Fashionable and good deals going on. Buy one get one on clearance items. Prices very reasonable on regular priced items compared to other stores around.
