I will not purchase or do consignment with this store. I went a couple of weeks ago to put some restored OG Indiglo 14’s and ‘04 Bred 13’s on consignment. The employee who looked older than me told me that he’d take them but “they might not sell because people don’t know what they are and they’re old”. ??♂️On top of that, they posted on their IG story of what’s for sale; and for the past week since dropping off, they not once have posted that my shoes are for sale. I went back and picked up my shoes; I don’t appreciate being given ignorant statements and hiding my shoes for sale when others were received and IMMEDIATELY posted for sale that same day.

Experience was so good it’s making me leave a review haha. Had a great time here. Picked up a pair of lost and founds at a really fair deal. Made stock x and goat look completely useless to me. You can easily tell they have been in the business for years.

This place sucks!!! The shoes they have are beaters and the place smells like hot trash. Employees are rude and not helpful. I would rather drive to LA and sell my shoes. Thumbs down

Excellent place to do business. I understand he had some bad or rude workers in there before but now since Pastor Andrew has taken over they are the best place in San Bernardino to buy shoes and clothing from. Check out their Instagram. I just went and bought a few pair of shoes. Got a great deal. Awesome place to do work. God bless.

Great selection and good customer service. We were given lots of assistance finding the right shoes in the right size for a gift. We found a pair of Yeezy sneakers that were hard to find. This store re-sells used and refurbished premium shoes and new high-end sneakers. It's best to go in and look because the merchandise is turned over quickly. This store is far superior to the Beaumont location that has sparse inventory and pretty unhelpful staff. The San Bernardino store is the one to go to.

Shouldn't have to beg for help... literally wanted to buy some new shoes but I'm couldn't even get served up? I'll definitely be taking my business somewhere else. Shoe collection isn't even all that...

This place is okay, I brought in a pair of brand new ALD 550 'Evergreens' to sell, this is easily a $300+ shoe and the guy that helped me didn't even know what they were. He was a cool guy, I just don't think he knew what they were. He proceeded to tell me that NB didn't do well for them (which I understand) but he started telling me about a regular base model NB 550 that was like Orange or something that they've had for months and for that reason they weren't really messing with them, they offered me $160 and I ended up selling them for $280 at a bigger store. I understand you're a small spot in the Dino but at least make sure your workers have sufficient knowledge on all footwear.

Customer service was bad! Seemed like they didn't want to be there. Hire new workers that actually want to help customers
