This place is a joke. It's horrible. I've been waiting as a walk-in and I understand that it's first come first serve. I was here first thing my dog is sick and they said they can't see her, they shouldn't tell people to come in as walk-ins just to sit and wait and then to be told they can't see their dog who needs care.

It is according to an animal association and there is an advertisement outside that they do not operate street cats so why is it an animal protection association that is confusing ? they don't believe

This facility is great. The team here is kind and compassionate. We had to make a hard family decision to put our dog to sleep. They help with providing clear understanding of what we could do. We thank you!!!!! Our dog Blu thanks you.

they were very kind. They take a long time to give you an appointment to neuter your pet. But is it worth it.

I’ve been trying officially to get a hold of them regarding my cats records, I live out of state so I can’t just stroll in. No matter what time of day I call I sit on hold for 30 minutes, their mailbox is full so I can’t leave a voicemail. I am giving 2 stars because they are genuinely nice people and the facility is clean and they’re compassionate about pets. But cmon man, refusing to answer the phone at a business like this is completely unnecessary

They were super nice! If you want to make appointments to spade or neuter go in through the dog entrance and to your left there is a door where you can go in and make the appointment in person. I tried calling but it's better to go in person, they are soo nice!!They are very good people! If you want to make an appointment to groom the dogs or cats, go through the dog entrance, to your left when you enter there is a door where you enter and can make your appointment, do not wait in the general line where you put your name. I tried to call to make an appointment but they almost never answer, better to go in person!!

USELESS in every possible way, seems like animal control doesn’t care about animals!

Again, I am pleased with the help and care for our cat. Appointments have to be made asap. There's usually about a six week wait for spaying or neutering wait, as they are very busy. The Humane Society charges are a lot more affordable than then going to a veterinarian, pet clinic.
