2nd Jamba of the day; left another location who didn’t have bananas & peanut butter.This one- young lady was on her own, she had good customer service, but unfortunately this one had no gloves, so they’re not able to cut up produce without gloves. So no bowls today. Once again Jamba you fail at supplying your stores with the necessities to run a business.2 strikes in 1 day

Jamba juice is good but this one has whack service. It's usually college students and maybe their preoccupied with studying to be awesome. For the wages of sin is death but the free gift of GOD is eternal life through Christ JESUS our Lord.

10/10 recommend Wonderful services The drinks were amazing and would definitely try their açaí bowls. The store is a clean atmosphere with a variety of seats.

Girl with the tattoos working on 10/12/2023 had bad customer service. Her attitude was not even close to friendly. The drink was delicious and the manager training her did a good job. I’d replace her, or make sure she understands her role as a cashier and overall duty as a Jamba representative. If you don’t want to be working there you should find another job. I come here often. Hopefully her demeanor changes on my next visit, so I can update my review for today.

Love this place and love the peanut butter moo'd! My drinks are always spot on and delicious. The servers are quick and friendly. My only complaint is that the afternoon sun beats down in the store. There aren't blinds or shades to block the sun, making it very warm and uncomfortable.

Just came to get a smoothie and they're closed at 7:00 and they close at 9:00. I love jamba juice but this was a inconvenience

I love Jamaba juice but this one is very unprofessional and always have issues. When I first arrived there was no one here it was 9:30, then when I tried to order the internet was off so I couldn't use my app to redeem my rewards she said I couldn't do that, then I tried to pay with my gift card she said I couldn't do that, overall a terrible experience. I usually drive all the way to the Fontana one or the one on hospitality it's worth it. Everytime I come to the one on University across from CSUSB it's always an issue, and they online ordering is ALWAYS not on.

Went in at 4:15 p.m.2 other people in line and they said they were there for 10 mins with no help I waited another 5 mins left.Slow slow slow.

the owner of this place:- is too cheap to repair the proper equipment (crathcos, the staff uses jugs of juice concentrate instead, they also don't run the juicer)-will slash the hours of any employee they don't like, I'm talking 3 hour shifts sometimes-you'll notice most of the time there is one worker, this is because the owner would rather have one stressed hard worker than 2 people with a relatively easy jobIf you wanna support Jamba Juice go for it but don't support this owner, trust me, go to a Jamba they don't own and you'll see the difference in service, happiness of employees, smoothies etc is night and day.
