Sticky seat and table. Food was fresh but prepped poorly. Broken soda machine. Approached by pan handlers and loitering all around the business. Really sad to see.

Nee place that opened up near me. Do not like the app though and when I tried here for the free wrap, it didn't take the app.Kid-friendliness: Nice people working there!

I’ve ordered twice in the last two weeks. Both times order was wrong. Unable to contact store his phone just rings and rings with no one answering. The last time I was only given half of the order I placed the delivery driver did not speak English at all, and his phone was turned off after the delivery. Do not order from this place. The order will be wrong and you’ll have no way of getting it corrected.

I don't understand how you can't add items at the window. Worst customer service ever. Things have changed since I last worked there 30 years ago

It is wonderful to have something different closer to home. I ordered online and it wasn't much of a wait when I got there to pick it up. Only complaint is they forgot the sauces that were supposed to be in the family deal. Other than that food was good and fresh.

Wow, I can't believe I'm writing this but I needed to put this place on blast. I placed my order and everything went fine. The food was fine. However, as I'm sitting in the dining area enjoying my meal the employees came into the dining area for a break (5 employees). An elderly female customer walks in and they tell her that the front registers are down because they needed to reset them. Ok that's fine. But then they tell her that if she wants to be served she will need to go through the drive through window. She asks if she needed to walk around to the drive through and they said, yes, if you want to be served. I could not believe what I was seeing and hearing. The lady reluctantly made her way around to the drive through window where she had to wait for a couple minutes before one of them (assuming the supervisor) left the lobby and walked over, annoyed, to the drive through window. The customers order was take by one of the five sitting in the lobby. Once they took her order she had to wait and asked to come inside to sit down. They obliged her but she had to wait for them to come around and open the locked lobby door for her. Now the customer was adorable and while clearly bothered by this was not nearly as bothered as I am as I write this but this was wrong!!!! They could have served this elderly customer in the lobby and handled the transaction at the register at the drive through window. So sad. Not good customer service. Lazy!!

I cannot express how disappointed I am with KFC chicken, which has undoubtedly contributed to my substantial weight gain. This experience has left me no choice but to leave a scathing one-star review.Firstly, let's talk about the taste. KFC's chicken may be finger-licking good, but it's also "weight-gaining" good. The irresistible blend of spices and the crispy, flavorful coating make it nearly impossible to resist. With each bite, you feel a little piece of your self-control slipping away, leading to an uncontrollable binge-eating cycle.Secondly, the portion sizes at KFC are outrageous. The super-sized buckets of chicken practically beg you to overindulge. It's like they're saying, "Why stop at a few pieces when you can have a heart-stopping amount?" As a result, you're left feeling stuffed to the brim, regretting every morsel you devoured as the pounds pile on.Now, let's discuss the health implications. KFC chicken is a nutritional nightmare. It's a fried, greasy, and calorie-laden nightmare that haunts your waistline. The high fat content, along with the excessive salt and sugar in their sides and sauces, is a recipe for obesity, heart problems, and diabetes.Lastly, the convenience of KFC is both a blessing and a curse. It's so easy to succumb to the temptation when you're driving past one of their outlets, and before you know it, you're placing an order for a meal that will sabotage your diet and add inches to your waist. The restraunt was clean. In conclusion, KFC chicken is a weight gain culprit that should come with a warning label. It's a tasty trap for anyone trying to maintain a healthy weight, and it's high time I put the blame where it belongs. If you care about your health and your waistline, stay far, far away from KFC. This review is a one-star warning to anyone considering indulging in this dietary disaster.
