Services are pricey and wait times are awful. I watched my service status go backwards from “performing service” to inspection review after over an hour of waiting after seeing it go into service. I can’t believe I was waiting over an hour and a half for an updated options for service, all detailing a possible bill way larger than what I had originally came in for and are not actually important. It just ends up being an additional charge to spook you into.This is the last time I take an offer on a discounted service. The dealership does not respect my time nor does it communicate in an efficient manner. The text messages are a shoddy stand in for true customer service and in person communication that would also probably close these HOURS of gaps that aren’t an issue elsewhere.I shouldn’t be stuck at your dealership for hours and literally watching my progress regress in part because you intentionally held me up to nit pick possible up charges. Want to try and sell me extra stuff? Fine. But don’t jerk me around waiting for you to tally up all the ways you can try and screw me out of money, while telling me you are servicing my vehicle. Do the job I came for, discuss with me after the options available for a future appointment.Furthermore, don’t think I haven’t noticed that as these wait times and attempts at upcharging have increased, that the service in the lobby has also decreased. Complementary services like small free food options are completely gone now, but in a farce of a display the signs that once pointed to them (like donuts, small breakfast items, and water) still hang where these nice benefits used to exist.For customers looking for service, you are better off going elsewhere, even driving to a different further dealership.

It was great at first until we realized we were misled and the deal we agreed on was not the deal that ended up on the finance paperwork. I emailed our salespeople Ryan and Johana Sunday night, January 21, almost a week ago, and other than a short email from Ryan stating he would call me in a few minutes, which he never did, NOBODY has ever replied. Because of this, I have reached out to my attorney and will be turning this situation over to him. This is our first Nissan. I was willing to remain a loyal customer and refer friends. But, after multiple emails and nobody replying, not even acknowledging my emails, I am very disappointed and will no longer shop at Nissan of San Bernardino. We will be letting our attorney know that we plan on returning the car and calling off the deal since the deal we made was not that one on the contract. Horrible experience.

I was greeted by staff and felt welcomed I took a tour around the lot and discussed my options. The salesman was very helpful and understanding. I'm so excited I have a new car and It feels amazing. Thank you.

I was met by David who gave the most outstanding customer service I had received from any mechanic shop. He was very patient with me while dealing with my screaming toddler in his office. He even put a rush on getting the vehicle out in an orderly time since he recognized my toddler was being a handful. He did not state my toddler was being a handful, but I know she was and I figure that’s why I got my car back faster than I expected. Please thank David for his amazing, expertise and service for me.

The staff here is great. Emmanuel in the service department is awesome. He is always in contact with me when I leave my car there and keeps me up to date through out the whole process. He really knows his stuff.

found an advertisement on Autotrader for a new pathfinder for $34429drove an hour and a half found the vehicle saw the sticker price for $37020 ,test drove it and told the salesperson I liked it but the Autotrader price is $2500 less ,so he told me to wait and let him get someone more familiarwith it because he just started working there a month ago ,so I get approached by his manger and he tells me yes that's the advertised price plus tax and license plus $5000 dealer markup ,I asked him what's the markup for ,he said its just because of low inventory dealers mark up their vehicle and they are charging less than others ,some other dealers are charging $10-$15k ,it seemed they didn't want to sell the car at the advertised price plus they want to rip people off on top of it all .very dishonest and a waste of time .but I did buy my pathfinder from a dealer that was more honest than they are

The sale did NOT HAPPEN! No one ran my credit because Dorian and Kimberly thought it was ok to make an appointment today and NOT SHOW UP. They thought it was ok to throw sh*t at the wall in the form of RANDOM sales people that I had NEVER communicated with to try and sell me a car. They also forgot I was interested in a KIA SOUL EX (with heated seats and Apple Car Play) which of course was never communicated to these random "salespeople" who tried saying they were here to "help" me -- all BS. Even the Sales manager had NO SKILLS. Total sh*t show.

I bought this car Tuesday 11/14/23 and Wednesday 11/15/23 I discovered the horn wasn't working due to this lady merging over and almost hitting me. I couldn't hit the horn to let her know I was there. I took the car back to the service department on 11/16/23 and the manager Javier Perez was very inconsiderate he had an unnecessary smirk on his face he told me well what do you expect it's a used car. He said it's only a safety hazard to me brushing it off as if it's not a big deal

Had an appointment to meet with Jason 10/19/2023 to help me out into a new car. So arrive to the dealership and to my surprise this guy is not in. Should of had the courtesy of being honest that he was not going to be in. Just saying being honest is the best policy. So then an Alex guy helps me out and his manager and the deal is done fast. I reached out to Jason to get me my contract which was never given to me due to delivery. So he never responded so reached out to Alex (11-01-2023) he said that he would have to me by the end of the business day. We'll here we are 11/06/2023 and still don't have the contract which I asked to be emailed to me. Not one of them (2 sales reps or a sales manager) have even reached out to me to see how everything is going with my new car. Where is the customer service and where is my contract now I have to waste my personal time to drive an hour to get what I need because they will not do it. Why do customers get put through this type of treatment, it is a simple fix scan my contract and email the damn documents. They had no trouble getting their money for the down payment but they want to give customers all this trouble to get simple documents. Turns out my visit went from good to sour with the simple customer service! So disappointing for it to have this turnout now. This is why I am giving 1 star just lack of customer service is very important!!!!

I placed an inquiry online and received a call almost immediately we set an appointment for the next couple of days with Santa and she stayed in touch with me via text until my arrival she was very professional and knowledgeable and we also chatted about different topics as well Ozzie then stepped in to negotiate and it was very smooth and pretty fast I never felt pushed I never felt committed. Carlos in finance was very thorough and explained things to me and I was actually able to put the extended warranty on my car. I was also quite impressed because my original insurance quote came back rather high and I was given a recommendation which will actually end up saving me a little over $700 a year and my auto premiums I can honestly say that if I was to show up today I would be greeted with smiles and hugs I was even encouraged to stop in and say hello I have never purchased a car On my own and had heard some horror stories but that was not the case for me I will definitely recommend this dealership and particularly the individuals who helped me through this process

I told Moses the internet sales manager that they can't get me approved for the vehicle I want. He told me yes we will, stop by. I hate wasting time and play the dealership game. I told him let's make a deal. If you can't get me approved. (Most approvals fail.cause their prices are way too high.) Then you owe me a $30.gift card.Well, they couldn't get me approved. 1 week later, several calls Moses is still playing the lying gaMoses. Never sent gift card. He is a liar and a tricky little man. Shop around before going to this place. The Ford edge they try to sell me was over $34k with over 44k miles. Ford dealership sold me upgraded vehicle with 18k miles for $25k. Bad dealership with a bunch of liars. Stay away. They also ran my credit over 50 times. Ford dealership got me approved right away because vehicle wasn't overpriced. I looked around at their lot. Every vehicle is extremely overpriced. Stay away. Especially from liar moses.

Adam don't let this put a damper on your growth within the trade everyone makes mistakes , learn from them . Honesty is the best policy . I made a mistake not trusting myself and my knowledge so I hope we both learned something so tomorrow's a better one .your lucky and blessed that your gm made it right .

Bere was very helpful in getting the car I needed since I have 2 car seats to fit in a car. She explained that the Rogue would be the best fit and has good security features.She helped me get the best pricing I could get to stay within my budget. Overall the best experience i have had in a dealership.

I bought a car on 10/20/23 and mind you a brand new car so with that being said everything should be new right. Well my son went to work at 4:45 this morning and got to work safely, when he was on a 30 minute break his low tire was on he went out to look and it was a blow out. Took the car back and asked them to replace the tire they told me no their was no nail no hitting anything of any sort. Then I told them I'm not leaving until I get a replacement. And I did, but now I just don't want the car anymore I feel like they took advantage of me. Now I have to find away to get the car back to them snd get my money back!!!
