We went here for our tax return and call Mohammad first about the cost and we agreed to a price while he is doing our tax return he said that our documents is to many for him and he needs to charge us more. Even we agreed to a certain price he leaves us no choice than to pay his additional charge. That same say we forgot to add 1 W2 and ask him if he can include that one. he said to wait for the money to reflect in our bank before we do the amendment but we need to pay $10-20. After sometime we got our tax money then we call him and he said we need to pay him $120 for the amendment even he told us before we only need to pay $10-20 only. Just unprofessional. Unacceptable to build relation for our future tax return. He will charge around $280 more or less. I think it’s too expensive.

This is the worst place I've ever done my tax been over 21 days still haven't got my refund the lady messed up on my paperwork 3 times and they don't care to fix there mistake they just want there money . If your black do not go here worst place ever !!!!if I can give 0 stars I would

Cost $279 dollars to do my taxes which was more then I got back. Unless you need a specialist, go to turbo tax causenits free. Such a rip. They basically got paid $279 for 20 mins of work and claimed it was so expensive because of the bank routing the money. Basically a huge tax on the money that was already taxed that I got back.

I wish I could rate them with 0 starts. I’m still amazed by their lack of professionalism in every single way.First I call them and told them about my situation, it was just and error on my taxes, the lady said it was something easy that she could do it in the moment and she even would do it as a consultation, aka free, of course it wasn’t like that but the completely opposite, she charged a lot! a crazy amount of money for what I needed and I only accepted because it was very urgent, She said in 30 min would be done so I hadn’t other choice, I paid her. I went home, she said she would email it to me, of course she didn’t, I called her a thousand of times because they never pick up finally I made another appointment she stood me up, next appointment I arrived 5 min late (I called her before, no answer, I texted her letting her know I was on my way and I’ll be a few minutes late , I arrived of course she wasn’t there, next appointment I arrived 15 earlier, after many calls and hearing the same that she would be her, she arrived 30 min after the appointment. And then first she said she’d do some deductions and same me money, then the other lady said she couldn’t and there were always many confusion between them.There was always an excuse, always a lack of professionalism, I was close to go to the police or do a lawsuit against them just to get my personal papers back and go with anyone else.I’m still amazed and still don’t believe how hard was all this process with them just for a fix in my taxes. I wish I’d know this before.Please please, go with anyone else, save money , time and peace of mind.

I filed my taxes here with Muhammad last week. He's friendly, knowledgable and looked for every possible way for me to get a higher tax return. It was also quick and easy!
