It features a wide selection and huge variety of styles, including fitted, snapbacks, dad hats, flex fits, and knits from favorite brands. The Custom Lids service allows for designing a custom hat. The staff can be super friendly, nice, quick, and efficient, doing a great job with services like embroidery. However, the staff were not overly friendly or helpful at other times. The hats are very nice but pricey and a little steep. The store is very busy on weekends.
Went with my son for a back to school hat. Karen was super friendly and helped him pick out embroidery. She was quick and efficient and really made him feel special. Go by and see her, Karen is awesome!

From East Los Angeles to San Bernardino, just to get a baseball cap! That's a mission. Addiction is crazy! Nimodo. Talk about a packed store. You can't really inspect the cap you're buying here cause people are breathing behind your ear. Enjoy your shopping "Haha"

Wide selection of hats which is great! Price is a little steep. The staff were not overly friendly or helpful. Just left you to figure things out for yourself.
