I used to love this clinic and referred them to everyone but recently the customer service has done down hill. If you want to schedule an appointment they never have availability you have to wait 2-3 months to be able to get seen ridiculous.

New building very nice, and the staff is very friendly the times I went with my daughter. Only problem is that it's not in my area and it's a drive but I don't mind as long my daughter gets the proper care and gets treated well. And so far it's been great when she went!!!

This place is a joke. As well as the hospital but thats a whole diff review! These people made a mistake with my EDD paperwork and when the edd sent them a letter/form for them to fix it they never did that was dec 1 the edd then sent me a notice so i called them and asked what was going on which was dec 19 to which they responded that the person in charge of filling out the edd paperwork was on vacation and they would solve the issue the day she came back dec 27 its now dec 30 and theyre still working on solving this issue. Meanwhile i cant get paid or anything!! This is ridiculous and incompetent if they cant fill out a simple edd form i cant and will not trust them with my life or anyones for that matter.

I love the doctors at Sac Healthcare in San Bernardino on 3rd street. My doctor is wonderful. I couldn't ask for a better doctor. If I could give her a hundred Stars, I would.

barstow office something else..appt in may with a followup in august..last minute call in august to reschedule till oct 4..today last minute call to reschedule till nov 29...guess i will never find out my lab results..i am guessing the doctor called out sick at the last moment twice...who knows..

Clean and helpful. I have gone to the OBGYN here since the 12th week of my pregnancy. They are on top of all the labs I've needed to take through my pregnancy. I am 31 weeks today and I would recommend this facility to any of my family or friends. The front desk workers, the nurses, and doctors are very helpful and kind. I have never been here longer then an hour for any of my appointments!

The staff for obgyn are so rude , Stephanie the LVN was one of the worst service I have ever recieved. I wish I would have got the lady s name I spoke to after her who decided to hang up on me pretending to send me to a supervisor. I will never come here again ! I will go to my last appointment Wednesday and will be transferring my care out . Never again . Please look else where before coming here , they are so not worth the stress at all .

The pulmonary department specifically needs to be shut down and cleaned out. These "people" can not even prescribe an x-ray correctly. Drug addicted prisoners have better communication than these failures. I really can't believe that this facility is open and functioning at such a low level.

This place is terrible. They get you to come in for x-rays and claim they do dentistry, then refer you out and decline to do your dental work at the same prices. Sort of a bait and switch.

For this being a Christian faculty they won't help you if you have a preexisting illness. My son had kidney failure they won't allow him to go to their doctor cause he had been seen at kaiser, which his job dropped his insurance so he went on IEHP. For being a Christian faculty they don't seem to Christian. They would leave someone in limbo like this, we have been in limbo for more that 3 weeks he seen their doctor he even gave him a referral. All this time waisted he needs shots once a week and hasn't gotten any cause we have been waiting for them to approve my son.

If I could give it less than one star, I would. Every single time you call here, no matter what time of day it is, it will take you at least an hour to get through to anyone. Every single time. The waits at appts, and waits to get appts are long and inexcusable. The office itself is in a scary area and has literal security guards. But mostly, the care here is horrendous. In the year I've been there, I've had a Pap smear done that was so poorly done that they didn't swab well enough and the lab was unable to even test it and the whole procedure needs redone because they couldn't figure it out the first time. I'm also an epileptic. I have been one medication for years. The main neurologist here (Bannout) I had a terrible experience with, finding him condescending, rude, and unwilling to listen. Worst of all was the most recent experience I had where I was called up and told that they wouldn't refill my seizure medication unless I had another appt. I said fine. I wanted a woman, due to some poor experiences here. The one female doctor they had didn't have an appt for another 3 months, and in the meantime; they were going to let me go with no medication. They don't care that this medication prevents me from the pain of a seizure and possible death. I needed to be seen first. Then while on that phone call, the appt in 3 months got booked and they had no other appts after that, and told me it was my fault for "being unreasonable" in my request for a female doctor. There's no solution. I don't have my seizure meds until I can find a new doctor I guess, which I plan to do immediately. I'm furious. I cried for 3 hours out of fear for what can happen to me without my medication. Though no one at SAC health cares, they made that clear.

This place has the worst system ever. You have to go through 3 different people to get a hold of whoever you need to speak to over the phone! Not only that but a 40+ min wait to speak to someone just to get transferred!! The scheduling lady keeps hanging up on me as well! This place has no direct number for anyone.

This place is a waste of time, I had an appointment at 3:00pm and waited till 5:30pm when I finally decided to walk out. What's the point of making an appointment if they don't see you at the scheduled time? If you have spare time this is the place for you.
