When I walked in it was great, but seeing the dead roaches on the corners disgusted me . The racks were disorganized and had limited selection . You can tell they paid more attention to smaller girl section than bigger girl section .

I'm only putting one star because it's making me. If i could take stars away I would. The lady working there which I'm assuming is the supervisor or manager was absolutely horrifying (black lady)I had opened an outfit to hold it up to see if it would fit and she came over and said you can't open that and now that u did u have to pay for it. She locked the door and held us hostage until we paid for it. then she went over and unlocked the door. I was so scared and didn't want any trouble. I planned on buying several outfits and toys and she just lost out of tons of business and I will be telling everyone I know NOT to support this business. Who the heck does that???

On March 22, 2021 I came into the store and bought a Sex & Mischief Shadow Hood. I looked for an outfit to go with it, but there was nothing in my size as I'm a bigger woman. I ended up purchasing only novelty items that day and went home and ordered my outfits. Yesterday my outfits had arrived, I opened both novelty boxes and to my $21.00 HORROR the shadow hood wasn't in the box. I looked up the number to the inland location to report this issue to see they had closed at 9pm. I called this afternoon just as they opened spoke to an associate then the manager on duty. The manager wasn't helpful at all and said because I bought it two weeks ago there's nothing they can do! They asked if they removed the security tag, it's still on the box if I'm not mistaken. They took my information down and said they will tell the higher ups! All I can say is I feel like a DUMMY paying $21.00 for a box! Shoppers beware if you purchase anything in a box, have them open it up before you leave to make sure it's actually there or you too will be out of money!!!! I hate disputing things with my bank but this seems like this is the only way to get my money back, since customer service stops when you have given them your MONEY, $21.00 in my case

I am very disappointed in the service provided at this location....... I was screamed at in this store by the employees ( very ghetto loud employees..... and refused service at the counter. I am definitely reaching out to the Company Owners President and Vice Presidents as they would definitely need to know how their store is being upheld regarding their employees and management in store. Very disrespectful and denied my service, took another customer in front of me and completely was rude to me. I am definitely reaching out to all the higher ups in this situation. I was late for my meeting with my clients due to your store employee.

Dang, where to start . I walked in and immediately got hounded by the staff about my mask, even though it wasn't really low. It slid down a quarter inch and they got rude with me. Not even a minute later this lady was up at the register who was obviously offended because there was like 6 staff members in there and she was getting no help . Manager was rude as to the lady. Learn customer service. What you guys did to that lady and how you acted was super unprofessional. I hope she calls corporate like she said. You deserve it. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Get professional......
