In San Bernardino Macys store. A Sunday peak hours ...mens dept. There are 27 people waiting in line to pay. There are only 2 people registering. Meanwhile I counted 5 employees walking around for curbside delivery. Obviously Macys doesn't need business I've seen 4 customers walk out of the store & 3 walked out of line because taking 15-20 min to ring 1 customer !! Then other employees come to the register & yak it up. Slowing process even more. Poor mgmt. poor planning. Why stores are leaving & closing. Ridiculous!! I'll go to another store that has more than 2 cashiers. It's holidays open more registers !!!! Ps now we are at 32 in line. Doesn't the manger see this.

We bought a Queen size mattress, here for our friends that will. Come down from Lancaster. We also bought the sheets from My Pillow.com. And towels for our friend's We're happy that we purchased them but they we'll be here after we Leave to go to Yosemite.

Went in late last night to pick a new fragrance. Been wearing the same scent for 10 years, so of course I was sampling a lot. I hate that I can't remember the name of the very helpful employee. She was great even though a bunch of us swarmed her, LoL I'm going back for my DKNY so maybe I'll be able to update with her name.

This is the Dirtiest, Dirtiest Store I've ever walked into. The Womens, Men's Children's Department looked as it was hit from the MOB. Completely shows the pride of Managers and Employees. They claimed to be short handed is a complete bullshit excuse. When you hear Employees standing talking about there problems. A manager walking the floors and doesn't even attempt to pick-up anything off the floor. Macys has lost its Glamor of once it use to be. I must say; Other Stores are as equally the same.

I went to Macy's to buy a dress for my son's wedding & a sweet lady by the name of Windy helped me "right away "!! I found a nice navy blue dress in 45 minutes thanks to her . Also Nancy F. that works in "women's clothing " helped me open a credit card in 10 minutes ..so fast & very helpful. All these people did a great job & were very helpful!! ...I can't forget the lady in jewelry , so helpful. She rang up my clothes & jewelry I bought ...she even stayed a little longer @ work to help me. I went a few weeks ago on a Monday ....thank you all !! Thank you Macy's crew !! Terry

I have shopped at Macy's my whole life (I was brought up in New York) and I was thrilled when I moved to the West coast and found Macy's Recently I went to 2 Macy's the same day - Riverside and San Bernardino, CA. What I found was very disturbing. Clothes were strewn all over the floor and display tables contained mounds of clothes. In my whole life have I never walked out of Macy's without buying something, but not that day. I hope this was an anomaly and I will give them another chance in the future, but not if I find the same experience.

Anytime I have gone to this Macy's I get ignored and discriminated against. Today I thought it would be different I went in to buy my mom a Mother's Day gift. I was in the Michael Kors section trying to purchase a purse, I waited about 10 mins before I was greeted then was told they had one customer ahead of me and would come help me after. She helped that customer then proceeded to help any other customer who walked by and ignored me. I use to work customer service and I understand it can get busy, but I felt outright disrespected. The same employee who said they would get back to me greeted someone they knew and continued to conversate with them even though they got there after me. It just felt disrespectful. Prior to this i had an employee assume I couldn't afford a perfume I was interested in buying, as they kept suggesting cheaper "more affordable" options. You're better off going to the Macy's in Rancho Cucamonga.

At all causes avoid visiting this store, customer service at its worst. Five to ten cars in the huge parking area has to be a sign, just save yourself a disappointing experience.

i called them and they were rude like immediately. i really don't understand why 11 on a tuesday you're so busy that you can't treat customers with basic respect. and she hung up on me so that's a sneak peek into the type of service you'll get here.

I noticed the reviews are all about customer service. It should be about honesty and open about products they sell. DO NOT BUY A MATTRESS FROM MACY'S! We bought the Hotel Collection king size mattress set (manufacured by Aireloom) and it was poorly constructed. They promote the Hotel Collection at the front of the department as if its the best. Great display, sexy black fabric. They tell you if you are not happy with it in 3 months you can send it back. They don't tell you that if its humped in the middle, if the sides are 6-8 inches around that you will be shorted that much of mattress to sleep on because it has springs that are not in line with the rest of the mattress. The worst bed we ever slept on. HORRIBLE! They quietly tell you that you can exchange it or pay a 15% penalty. That totaled over $1,000! We should have asked if its defective do we still have to pay a penalty. After sleeping on it and the misery it brought I did not want to exchange it! I wanted to go elsewhere (Royal Pedic) for a new bed after enjoying that brand for 14 years. We were stuck with a big penalty and felt like we had been totally taken advantage. They came out and "inspected with a rinke-dink tool and said "it wasn't defective enough"!! DON'T BUY FROM MACY'S AND DON'T BUY AIRELOOM anywhere. TWO RIPOFF COMPANIES THAT SCREWED US OUT OF $1000!!! Everyone is nice when you walk in you are greeted by the workers. If you need help they are friendly and quick to solve any problem you have.
