Best Buy is the worst store you can buy from. Bought a hard drive from the San Bernardino store on advice from one of their employees took it home. Tried to use it. A few weeks later it was not a hard drive at all or and now since it's past the 14 days (it's been 23) I have $100 paperweight. this is why no one buys from big box stores anymore. The manager Vanessa was not helpful at all and a little bit rude I get it they have no control over it but still terrible service.

Snobby and unhelpful service from this location, they always pass by you instead of asking if you need help, they always want to chat with their buddies, registers and on the floor. Takes over 20 minutes for help. Very bad customer service overall.

AVOID CRAPPY SERVICE HERE! Geek Squad is a Joke!! Bought a $800+ Samsung Tower Speaker Sep 2021 from Curacao across the street. A fan goes out 5 days after my 2yr warranty expires (ofcourse) I call it in and they said to bring it in to Geek Squad inside of Best Buy for review and repair as it was the closest "samsung certified repair center". Although it is out of warranty through my original store of purchase they do service electronics at best buy, Or so they claim. I take this insanely heavy speaker down there and not even 2 minutes later they said I had to replace the whole thing. They didnt even properly inspect it. NOTHING!!!! Just Lazy... I took it to another nearby samsung certified repair center and it was a fan replacement for $34 I was in and out in less than 25 minutes. Something apparently common with this model. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND SAVE YOUR MENTAL HEALTH SOME STRESS! Go somewhere else!!!! They fix Nothing here.

No one greet me upon coming into the store but Thank God they have Salvador who was very Professional and courteous. They're was another nice young lady with glasses who also offer to help me two made my experience Great good. I appreciate them.

Over the past year we have received excellent service from this Best Buy's various divisions for our Redlands home. The Home Appliance Department helped us pick out a fine dishwasher and new double oven. We very recently bought a 65-inch Sony television that the store's Geek Squad very professionally and competently mounted to our living room wall. And, when our old printer no longer faithfully printed all words on a page, we were helped by a knowledgeable store employee to pick out a suitable, reasonably priced HP replacement. We found all customer service reps encountered to be helpful and very familiar with available products.Thus, we will continue to look to Best Buy for our future major appliance needs.

Would not recommend going to the geek squad at this location. I had a swollen battery on my iPhone and they told me that my only option was a "unit replacement." They wanted me to purchase a new phone from them for $550 plus taxes and fees. The reasoning I was provided with was that as an official apple servicer, Apple does not allow them to service phones with swollen batteries. I went ahead and called Apple, and they let me know that they could replace the battery at their Apple Store, nor were they aware of any restriction on this service imposed on their official servicers. Not sure why the geek squad members would go about that deception, but regardless, I'd stay away from them entirely. They do not seem to have your best interests in mind!Please keep in mind that this is only an account of my personal experience and understanding at the time of this review, and I hope that this poor quality is not indicative of the entire geek squad team!(If I could give anything beneath 1 star, I would!)

This is a great store to get your appliances, home surveillance and any other technology you are seeking out. In the past year I have purchased some appliances. The sales associates at pacific sales inside Best Buy are very helpful and helped me pick out my appliances and I also love the back of the store where they sell the subwoofers and speakers for your TV surround sound. Additionally when they send a third party out for installation of appliances the companies they use are friendly and knowledgeable. It beats having to get anything delivered from Sears ever again. I also recommend the total tech membership which will cover your purchases with a warranty.

WOW!! amazing service!! we were asked more than i could count on one hand for help. it was great they even answered random questions we had! the display for the Apple TV has such a beautiful tv that we had to ask, what was it? One of the team members told us it was an LG "CT2" 42" and then found us again later letting us know it was actually an LG C2 55". so awesome! best buy team was always ready for questions and answered them quickly and flawlessly. we got what we needed and found stuff even better. browsing their pc parts section is refreshing, since frys went out of business looks like best buy picked up major slack! saved us a trip to tustin for MicroCenter! still recommend MicroCenter for their expansive selection and stock, but best buy is great! awesome service, good selection, and quick check out! loved it! thanks so much best buy!

Just bought a new ASUS laptop here last night, customer service was really helpful as I went through their selection. They had a lot of great advice and helped me understand the specs which can be a bit overwhelming since I don't really understand computers. My old laptop's battery is warped (and the laptop won't turn on anymore) so I was unsure if there were financially-reasonable options to recover the data from it. The service representative helped me decide between coming in to Geek Squad or getting a hard drive bank enclosure. I ended up deciding to get a warranty on the new ASUS which would cover the data transfer. The next day I came back to drop off both my old and new laptop, and Maria with customer service was really helpful! They have a lot of devices in the queue before mine, so I was quoted as having a 6 day wait period. That was longer than I expected, but I'm so happy to be a step closer to having a reliable, working computer that still has all my files on it.

I scheduled an appointment a day in advance and came in to get help with updates on my laptop. I needed more RAM and space in my hard drive. Ed/ Eduardo from the Geek Squad department helped me out. He is very knowledgeable, was able to answer all my questions and walked me through multiple options options. I ended up leaving my laptop and was told it would be ready within 5 days. This was definitely a positive experience and I look forward to getting my baby back!

Came to this store 6/6/22 around 6 pm to trade in my ps4. I was expecting to get 125 dollars since I had already put in the information online and that's the offer I was given. However, the woman who helped me out claimed that my ps4 was in poor condition which was shocking to me because I had barely used it. She would only offer me 60 dollars. She didn't Even take a thorough look at it she just claimed it had scratches all over. Don't trade in your items here they have no idea what they're talking about. I left and took my ps4 to GameStop instead. They said it was in good condition and offered me 160 dollars which is what I was expecting.

Service was fantastic... I needed a bday present for my husband so I ran to Best Buy for ideas....young man just coming On duty ( I should have looked at his name-tag) he helped me pick out a pair of Bose sunglasses....he gave me all the specifics of each style they had in stock.... He Took the pair I wanted up front to the cashier......I was like two in line.....I paid for them.... I was In and out within 20 minutes.... Great Job!

Staff is real good. They had all the items I wanted. I mean, I don't know what else they could improve upon. I bought a laptop from there, didn't like it so returned it and bought another. Whole experience was great.

I had a 3:30 appointment to pick up my laptop from the Greek store and I'm still waiting a hour and I am still waiting
