HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Ruth Lucero is a liar and a scammer! She’s just interested in making commission sales. My policy went from $183 to $434!! She’s out of her damn mind! Called the office and Fernanda answers the phone and is extremely snarky “didn’t you notice your bill was different “, it’s not my JOB to continuously call different departments to make sure a multi car discount falls off. I repeatedly asked Ruth to make sure I had my 1 car on my policy and her excuse is the billing department is slow but “at least you’ll have a discount in the meantime”, hello?? Who do you think is going to have to pay?? I also had to constantly call Ruth to even get my ID cards! This issue has been going on since APRIL, it’s now AUGUST. Why do I have to beg State Farm to provide a service I freaking pay for??!! RUTH LUCERO told me I was paying for my premium once I changed vehicles and MONTHS later it “turns out” I didn’t and State Farm is raising my rates?? And she created a new policy and not replace it?? I told her to REPLACE my policy and she created a new one! One person from corporate told me over the phone “it’s not that bad, you’ll pay that for only 3 months”. Are you kidding me?? I have documents and emails from Ruth stating my policy is $291. Why am I paying for HER mistake? She’s an Extremely crooked employee, who clearly does not know how to do her job or how to disclose all information, which should be illegal. I just came from a different State Farm office and they agree Ruth scammed me. Horrible experience all around. DO NOT WORK WITH RUTH LUCERO, SHE’S A LIAR OUT TO TAKE YOUR MONEY!!
