Very bad service and response to my son's new phone not charging. They say no replacement unless I pay an extra fee. Mind you I just got it aug 17th a.nd i have insurance on the phone. They say all I can do is go through Samsung which closes building is too far to travel. METRO PIECE OF S#!+

Daniel was working Friday afternoon immediately rude upon walk-in tried removing a home internet line which never worked was told I can return it w/out receipt but Daniel said he wouldn't & that his manager will back him up all I tried to do was get a simple rebate but Daniel wasn't going to have it

Lazy staff. Went in today to get a phone activated and she was making every excuse in the book to not activate my phone. Excuses that don't even make sense, after going back a second time she activated it. Just take my money and do your job. Please and thank you.

The best service I have ever experienced from any metro store, all the ladies were so welcoming. I was helped by Olga Sandoval, she was so nice & very helpful. She helped me with everything I needed.

It's very bad yes I agree with others on these reviews Bad customer service yes Olga and Jennie.and Arlet specially look at your receipt before you leave. Over charged !! .They have no Loyalty. Very Unproffesional. !! .This makes me want to stop Metro. Find different phone Company..

They helped me as soon as I walked through the door. I had a problem with my contacts because they had to gotten deleted and they were able to help me to figure out the problem immediately. I'm NOT very computer savvy... Or with phone technology,But they had all the knowledge to figure it out for me.I am very happy with their customer service.

They were very pleasant and they gave me a lot 9f credit to upgrade with a new less expensive phone plan as well as a supreme cell phone that was much more advanced than my prevouse device thanks metro you rock. Great friendly and secure I like to know my private account info is protected by them. Keep up the good sales. A +Gary and Tonya

What a unpleasant visit. The reps need to work in customer services skills. They made it difficult for me to get the help I needed I had to beg for them to help me and had to push them to get what I needed. Avoid this store if possible.
