Brought my weekly groceries today. Found everything I needed. Cashier, Ray, was friendly talking with the customer behind me I'm guessing he's a regular. Service was fast. Bagger did his job nicely. Only words I heard from the cashier was "Thank you". So no 5 star today.

The meat Department here sucks! They never give you your right product. If you ask for chicken thighs the give chicken legs if you ask for wings they give you chicken legs mixed with some other crab. I don't want nothing else from this meat Department

I frequent the one in Chino Hills The best trained cashiers, fastest too. The food selection is ok, but overall our foods are too salty, just check out any sausage. Even the only L.S. bacon has more salt than a plain one from T.Joe's, and it's paper thin. SB store brand foods are usually good, I always try it, but the pasta sauce is too acidic, needs a bit more sugar. Great beef and pork selection, so so with the chicken. Organic section shrunk and was moved to a corner shelf.

I have a pet peeve when it comes to my groceries being bagged. Every time I check out, I organize my groceries on the conveyer belt. Cold items together, fruits and veggies, canned items, boxes items, etc. This is so they can be bagged together. (Which makes unloading and putting away groceries easier). Almost always, the person bagging the groceries ends up resorting everything into some non-sensical manner. And when I say something to please bag the cold with the cold and veggies together... I get the look of death. Well, today, the gentleman bagging my groceries did an excellent job. He bagged everything as it came down the conveyer and didn't push things to the side to bag with things at the end. (You know, all the cold stuff was together, and my veggies weren't stuffed in with the cans or in with the raw chicken.) For once, someone made sense not to put cans in with my bread and eggs. Good Job, young man, good job!

I have been going to this Stater Bros. Market on Kendall in San Bernardino for over 25 years! The staff has always been friendly, professional and eager to help. When I cannot find an item, they will tell me the aisle number and 9 out of 10 times know what shelf it's on. If they are not sure, they will get it for me or I will follow them to show me. The meat, poultry and seafood that I have purchased has always been fresh! The butchers have always been helpful and have given me tips on cooking. The deli staff is always with a smile and have always been accommodating. Last but definitely not least, the cashiers are great and always ask if I need help to my vehicle. I want to thank the supervisor/manager and entire staff for their hard work, especially with this Covid virus! They have been on the front line to serve their customers. I would give Stater's a 10 if I could!!

I drove my aunt and cousin to the grocery store and it was a very bad experience. My cousin was able to get her groceries using cash but my aunt was discriminated against by the cashier and the manager. They refused to accept her $100 bill and assumed it was fake. The cashier called the manager and he also refused service for no apparent reason. They did not want to even test the bill with pen or light. They just automatically refused service. My aunt does not carry cards so they made her leave her groceries. This is absolutely absurd that they would not even check the bill. Remember people cash is king. Don't let anyone force a cashless society.

I just want to say THANK YOU to the employees at this Staters!!! They are on top of it during this crisis. They have a few workers with the items that everyone is searching for (toilet paper, water, etc) right at the front ready to put in your cart so you don't have to fight off anyone! They are going above beyond, working long hours and putting themselves at risk to make sure others are taken care of. You all are amazing and once again I thank you!

Went in on Feb 13 to buy flowers, yes I know it's a bit late. I got home and put them in water right away, with the little package of whatever that stuff is. The next day they were starting to wilt, a couple seem to be turning slightly brown. I don't know what happened but never buying flowers there again. They must have been leftovers from the week before, don't know.

This is a great store. Usually not long lines and friendly, helpful employees! It's nice to not dread going to the grocery store.

On 1/24/2020, I just went in to get 1 item and when I went to check out I noticed the black couple in front of me was greeted correctly. As I, a white Male went through, the young black cashier Vincent W. , did not greet me nor say any word to me at all. The next guy in line, another black man got a " hey, didn't I go to school with your a***** That customer looked appalled. This store is really getting bad at customer service.
