Terrible place to work. Poor management that doesnt care about the employees or their families. They do not follow California Labor Laws and will change the schedule 2-3 hours before you are expected to work your shift. They expect everyone including elderly employees to walk through the giant warehouse in 7 minutes when breaks and lunch are called to clock out... it doesnt matter what physical disabilities you have if you dont make it to the time clock in 7 minutes you WILL get a write-up. You only get 30 min for lunch even with the mandatory 10 hour shift. If your child or family memeber is ill and you call off they will hold it against you even with a doctors note. Every taks is judged by percentages and you are just a number not a human. Management with the exception of about 3 of them are completely useless and hide in their back office that your not allowed in. They have metal detectors you have to walk through when you come in and loss prevention sits next to them and watches you like a jail or courthouse. One of the nice loss prevention ladies was late to work because of weather (snow storm) and got in an accident and broke her wrist so she didnt make it to work that night and the next day management gave her a write-up!! Yes a write up for something she had no control over!! and could care less about her injury! This place is pathetic to say the least.

This place is horrible and an absolute joke. Rude co-workers and lazy managers and don't get me started on HR. I've had multiple passings in one year and used bereavement absence to have myself terminated. I wouldn't recommend working here at all.

I recently had an awful and stress inducing experience with this fulfillment center and it completely ruined my trust ordering online from Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack. I have been ordering online and returning by mail with Nordstrom for years and never experienced any issues with any of my packages. However, my second return with Nordstrom Rack, received by this fulfillment center, had items suspiciously disappear resulting in them refusing to issue my full refund.I contacted costumer service and they were not helpful and kept claiming that “an investigation” had taken place (all in less than 24 hours from my complaint, very suspicious) and they continued to refuse to refund my money. They claim that this facility is secure with cameras, and said they could identify the employee who unpackaged my return yet they were unable to track down my returned item. I find this all very suspicious and am appalled that they could not ensure the safety of my returned merchandise that I paid to have shipped to them at their facility.I have contacted this fulfillment center, the corporate offices, and the financial services and they have all failed to respond and provide any worthwhile customer service.Buyer beware and return in store. I believe they have an issue with theft at this location as I saw they posted two job openings for retail security (asset protection) a few days following my complaint yet would not even admit to me that this was a possibility and that my returned merchandise was stolen from my package.After this experience I read several similar and nearly identical cases on the BBB website. Untrustworthy and no accountability.

Was a good place to work until new management came in. specially, when David Franklin and Michael, the maintenance managers got there. They are no good very sneaky guys. They’ll use you real quick and then throw you away. They favoritism only who they like and most of the time it’s people that don’t know much because they could take advantage of them.

Mandatory work, 6 days -10 hour shifts . They switch schedule constantly! Made plans , go to school or have another job ? Tough luck . You must show or it’s a write up -not a minute late ! No ; they will likely not let you voluntarily work six days yet tell you two days later you must work six days . No personal time or even regular consistent hours . They’ll tell you a set schedule day before ….as you walk in following day ; only to find other coworkers upset saying schedule change just hours before being sent home . Coworkers complained they have no gas as is . Was there a notification of schedule change? NOPE ! Now start time is 2.5 hours after the ORIGINAL set time on schedule. No, you won’t be paid for those hours ; even when the schedules around the warehouse still have the same the original set start time . When there is no work ; you still get a write up for not making numbers they expect . Managers can’t even track temporary log ins & still hold workers accountable . Place seems like a joke longer I stay … 10 hour night shift gets you roughly $18 an hour after taxes . Is it worth it ? Personally Would rather work postmates/ Uber eats . Same 18$ minimum pay + tips ! Even sitting in long drive thrus gets you that same base rate . No drama .

Absolutely horrible that they couldn’t even process a return securely and withheld my refund from me- even worse that I couldn’t even receive a call back or any real customer service regarding this issue- they have zero accountability, very cowardly and makes me wonder if they are wadding in the class action territory.
