I'm Gus Gonzalez. I started my own plumbing business 6 months ago and I started working with my family van. When I arrived JOSH welcomed me with a VERY friendly smile. I briefly explained him what I had in mind, my daughter wanted to use a capybara as the mascot for our design and he immediately gave me 3 options when others basically told me that it wasn't a good idea. He also didn't judge me, instead he helped me out with my daughter's ideas and created my mascot. He took all the time in the world to explain me the process and gave me the best deal possible. Then I meet up with the designer the day after, his name is Mr JUAN ALEMAN. He is an artist and a great human being! He started doing his magic on the computer and took his time to create our logo exactly the way we wanted. After giving me different options and sending me many emails to make sure I was happy 100% then he started printing the wrap. DIEGO is another great guy part of their team, he helped me with my uniforms, always on top of everything and great at communicating with us .

“Customer service at Copy Plus Printing is absolutely top-notch. They answer the phone every single time within just a couple of rings, and their quality is truly chef’s kiss. Prices are fair and affordable, which already makes them stand out, but what really impressed me was how much they genuinely helped me during such a heartbreaking time.
I needed to design a last-minute banner for my friend’s funeral service using Canva. I wanted the letters as large as possible, but the width had to stay within 4 ft, and I was having trouble getting it right. This business has Canva access, so I was able to add them, and they adjusted the lettering for me perfectly. That kind of help made all the difference.
I also ordered a memorial poster board for the viewing. When I first saw it, I cried. The quality and the beauty of their work were beyond what I imagined. I was nervous about how it would turn out, but it was truly stunning. More than I could have hoped for.

“I wish I could give this FedEx branch 10 stars. I had a real problem where refrigerated medication was delivered late on a Friday and stuck locked inside a closed FedEx location near this shipping center. Every other path to retrieve the package was a dead end.
Then we reached out to Wes and his colleagues at this nearby branch. They did everything in their power to help us locate the shipment and transfer it to their location, despite the fact that the other shipping center was closed all weekend (the meds would have likely spoiled by the time they opened on Monday). It wasn’t easy—they exhausted their contacts at the other location and escalated the issue to their regional manager. Instead of losing over $1000 of medication, we were able to retrieve the package within 18 hours, while the ice packs were still frozen.
Wes and his team are the best, and we are truly grateful for their help. Wes wasn’t obligated to make this happen, but he chose to put in the extra work to help us avoid a catastrophe and make our day.
