I highly recommend anyone who had been mistreated by a phlebotomist in this lab to report them by file a formal complaint with the Medical Board by mail or by calling them. The disrespectful attitude this worker's have it's should served as a huge proof of their ignorance and frustration as human beings and as mediocre workers.Their behavior can be ignored for sure but there laziness, unprofessional behavior and negligence they give towards patients by not paying attention on how they draw blood that's another thing.Today I witness once again the same Black lady lab tech giving attitude to a poor elder woman using a disgusting attitude to a point of discrimination, this is not the first time I witnessed this nasty behavior from their personal specially towards Hispanic not speaking fluent english or elders who have no clue on how to use their tablets and when they ask them simple questions regarding their appointments or any other question their arrogance, Ignorance and miserable behavior comes a float. I will be filing a report with the California consumer affairs aswell with the Medical board.

Horrible service can't get ahold of them. They gave me a sheet with all the cities and phone numbers and direct me to the Clinic? So if you're getting information from quest diagnostics, make sure they give you the correct information.

I had a appointment at 11:50. I did have a little trouble signing in. Once I figured it out I sat down and within 5 or 6 minutes and was called in. The nurse was very nice and friendly. I was out of the office by 12:15. The parking situation wasn’t the best. Definitely geared to smaller cars.

If I can give this place a negative 5 star I would. They rely on an automated system to receive an appointment. I did so for my mother who lives alone and minimal English (I'm out of state). Receive a confirmation code and instructions for her to arrive 15 minutes early. She gets there and no one can fund her appointment nor do they help her. She has me on the phone and the gentleman shrugs it off like"sorry I can't help her, she's not on the list" then maybe you should allow us to come in and make an appointment personally, rather than use the automated calls. Now she's just sitting there (2.5 hours now) just waiting as a walk in. I get things happens but they could have handled it better and not have an attitude while talking to patients. I deal with the public all day long and when appts gets messed up, I apologize for the inconvenience and suggest another appt. Not brush the person off like they're nothing.

I had an appointment and they kept me waiting for over an hour, employees are rude and lazy. They didn't help me so I left that place. Time to look for another doctor.

Came for blood work, I was nervous for my previous blood draw I almost fainted because the phlebotomist missed my vein. I forget the name of my phlebotomist for todays visit at quest, but he did the job correctly. Thank you!

Checked in and was told 30 minute wait. Being pregnant I opted to wait outside and have them text me. Finally after waiting for 30 minutes I went inside only to be told that their machine is glitching and I shouldn't have selected the texting option (something the kiosk suggested mind you) and that they had been calling my name for 20 minutes. No apology-in fact the girl acted like I was in the wrong. I was never asked for an ID or anything and after using the restroom I noticed there was no soap. Disgusting! Go some where else.

My experience with Phlebotomist Carolyn was excellent. Carolyn is proficient, and highly skilled at her work. She has outstanding communication skills.

Andrea at Quest was quite rude. When we entered the lab room she asked if my sons order was by Dr. XYZ I was not familiar I said with that name, before I could finish talking she rudely interrupts and says ok what's he here for, I said routine lab work that's what his doctor said, rudely interrupts again and says what's the name of his doctors office, then continues. The customer service was just not inviting. Shame.

The woman that assisted my with my "healthy living" blood draw, was not very friendly, and that's fine BUT when we went to take my blood pressure I told her that for some reason I get nervous and my first reading is typically high,so we might need to do it a 2nd time, she took my blood pressure and said ok,I asked if it was ok and in good ramge, she said ya...well, I got my results and the miserable B lied, it read high. That is just stupid and rude of her... I do not have highblood pressure, if she would have just taken another 10 seconds it would have been read correctly. & she left a giant bruise on my arm where she drew the blood....
