I've been to the store one time and will be the last time I was trying to shop in peace with 3 ladies just keep staring and following us around and I just felt very uncomfortable.

Rainbow was terrific. You go in there and find the cutest. Little outfits for little nothing. They went up on a price is awesome, but they're so cute and Cas. Earlier, I brought something that didn't fit , I went back around 6:40 pm to return it when I walked in the door, and it wasn't locked . There was a lady there who told a guy shutting down the store to tell me they were closed. I asked when they closed because the door said 7 . She said we're closed and I had to leave she wanted me to come back tomorrow . It is now 6:54pm as I'm writing this review . It was a little irritating just because I guess they wanted to leave home 20 mins earlier

Horrible experience at this location I felt as if the employees were following me around they kept asking me if I needed help and kept saying sorry. Weird never going back there. I wanted to purchase more items but ended up not doing so.

Fix the damn hours online. It says ONLINE it is open at 10am Sundays, when it open at 11. Fix it.

The Black skinny lady with the ponytail at the top of her head. Has a Nasty, Stinky, discussing, attitude. She must be the only employee wanting to work because she always there. No customer service skills at all. RAINBOW DO BETTER!!!!!!!?

This was my first time shopping and my last. Even though the price was okay. I received my order online. The shoe were coming apart at the bottom of them. I took pictures. Glue was sticking out of the shoe. This really gave me a bad feeling.

Need to check on ms Susie she is rude , raciest.I got a dress from here as a gift for my mom it didn’t fit I have the tags on it & the receipt except the price because obviously It was a gift I didn’t want her to see the price. when I went to try to return it Susie got loud & started yelling that I need the price tag instead of talking like an adult with respect to the customers 1 because I never disrespected her. She then mumble “Mexicans” under her breath. I asked to speak to manager Veronica but I spoke to on duty manager & she was going to solve the “problem” but Susie started going off on her telling her not to do it. The manager was speaking to me & my family members to just go back this Wednesday because Veronica is going to be there. Literally every customer that would walk in ms Susie would let them know what was going on she was telling everyone that I wanted to return the dress this & that. & she stated to one customer “that’s why I don’t like dealing with Mexicans”Like that is very rude & disrespectfulI always shop here & I have never gotten treated like this.

Good day I was just a shopping at rainbow store in San Bernardino I just wanted to tell you what wonderful service I received from the cashier named Susie she has a great customI servicelike to mention there was a lady in here with like five grandchildren and the staff was excellent to these kids the kids were crying kind of running around but nobody was rude to them this lady has a nerve to call corporate and complain saying it was a kid unfriendly that is wrong thank you Susie Veronica and also the assistant I'm sorry I forgot your name thank you so much I will be back have a great day
