Poor customer service… walked in asked for shells for an old 410 that’s been in the family a while passed down used for house protection and they asked if I had a permit I told them no explained myself and the guy was like “let me show you the door” first of all that’s not how you treat people automatically assuming the worse, I wonder why… I’m a Navy Veteran just looking for some home protection and the way this guy treated me was like I was trying to commit a crime… at the very least rude. BTW place is a cluster you know what…it gave me headache just looking around in there… get organized and learn some customer's service skills!

This is my new home from home. Fantastic service Way better service then bass pro and Turners. It's not even close to compare. Prices are lower and in-house warranty are also better. Ammo prices are also there thing and in stock. The best part is THEY don't discriminate that's always been my issue cause I'm Latino I guess or look like I can't afford it. Thanks Red Star.

These guys are honest and kind they care about their customers and return customers they treat you like you've been Homies forever and hang out regularly I love that and they are not Turner's, the worlds worst store in CaliforniaI I would think twice before going there,!come here first you won't regret it!
