I have used Redlands Moving and Storage multiple times. Most recently Josh and Sammy helped me out with moving my furniture less than 10 minutes away. They were professional and took such great care in preparing the furniture to be moved. They were very thorough in padding and wrapping all of my furniture, including my antique secretary and china cabinets. They were both energetic, strong and careful. I also appreciate the excellent customer service from the office staff. Thank you Debbie and Dave as well!

Very poor experience. Negotiated terms of the move directly with owner. When goods were delivered, it turns out full service was not that at all. With no surprises on my part, had to pay a surprise extra fee! Ironically, I had discussed the specific situation with the owner…who, surprise surprise, avoided all calls, would not return voicemails, and so far has never had the courtesy to have an adult conversation on the matter. My advice, avoid this firm at all costs!

This company lacks communication skills, Dave was very short patient and poor follow-through. Moreover, they are unethical. Extreme over charges on my credit card, they kept the key to my storage and acted as if they didn’t know where the key was.
I will never refer them nor use them for my upcoming move.

My family had a very poor experience. I understand that furniture may be broken in a move (and it was) and mistakes happen. My disappointment was not that it happened but how these items were managed.
First, Debbie was always kind and helpful and I appreciated that. That being said their claims and loss control representative Rochelle gaslighted us for two months. At first she listened and assured us she would investigate the issues and make things right. I had to continue to call as she would ask for a few days and then take weeks to respond. By our last call she was patronizing, rude and again failed to do any of the items she said she would. I think our family is reasonable in our askings. The movers literally cursed at us using f bombs when we inquired about the piano they left behind. I say this because when I booked the move I made it very clear this was our priority. I also reiterated this with the movers that morning. They also failed to remove several other items from the house and told us the house was empty in entirety. We had to hire someone last minute for the next day to move the rest of the house. We were not reimbursed for any of our expenses for this and Rochelle reprimanded us for using a different company to finish the job. We reminded her that he called on the day of the move and no one called us back to address the issues. In fact I had to call 2 more times before I ever received a call back. Her tone and continuous remarks were insult to injury. After this experience I would never recommend using this company. Rochelle has still not returned our call for the last several weeks, and when I call I am always told they will take a message and that no one else is able to help us as she is their only loss claims rep. Sad.

I was in a bind after another moving company canceled last minute ( Rhymes with Sleek Movers with no actual address in Redlands or Yucaipa should have been my red flag), but Redlands Moving came to the rescue. They handled my same-day move in San Bernardino County like true pros. Their movers were not only fast but also careful with my furniture. Whether you're moving a house or an office, they’ve got you covered. I’ve already told all my friends—these guys are the best movers in Redlands! Competitive pricing, great service, and zero stress.

Beware of this company and its deceitful business practices. Worst moving experience of my life. The company did not provide me with a written quote or invoice prior to the movers showing up at my house. They take a $250 deposit beforehand that you lose if you refuse the appointment, so once they present the paperwork that in no way represents your quote, you won’t turn them away because then you are out your deposit. Also, they put a $1400 hold on my card the day of the move without my permission or knowledge.The movers left many things in my home, which I had to then pay someone else to move and the company refused to return and said we told them to leave it. My TV was damaged and the company had ignored me and refused to process the claim. They also said they would “review footage” of the truck 2 weeks ago and haven’t gotten back to us since, refused any refund because “you knew what the quote was beforehand, our paperwork was very clear” which is untrue, as they strategically don’t provide a written quote. All in all, my quote was $500-$700, and the move ended up being $1300 + $200 tip, and horrific customer service.
