Good prices, fairly reliable stocked store, MembersMark brand is quality and affordable, however app/site has unreliable 'in or out' of stock info, wasting trips and purchase plans.

No one in any of the departments answers the phone, not even to put u on hold. What's the point in having a customer service phone number if you are not going to answer the customer calls

I ordered tires and was never notified that they came in so I called, they said they recevied one of four tires. I called back but no one answered. After several attempts to contact them with no answer I purchased tires from Coscto. They did answer the phone so they will get my business again. I did wait 13 days before i switched so I did give them a chance. Very bad customer expierince. Stick to Costco and Amazon!

Customer service continues to deteriorate. Shopping carts are full of trash even when return to the store entrance. Don't bother telling that to the employees. They don't give a rats. Ask for the manager they don't care either. UPDATE 2/9/24 after managers response.... Talk is cheap I guess. DISCUSSING TO GET A SHOPPING CART THERE.

Nothing is more annoying than paying a membership and then having an employee accuse you of not scanning an item when you're walking out. I don't mind someone doing their job but it's the way that you talk to customers. This old lady checked our receipt and we used mobile check out and proceeded to tell us we didn't scan all our items. She claimed she counted 10 items in our cart when there was only nine. She proceeded to ask us what we didn't scan because obviously there's something missing. It's bad enough I have to wait and long lines and then be accused of something I didn't do. After I told her to use the scanner in her hand to determine what was missing, she realize that she miscounted. When I said, oh my God, she proceeded to look at me like I was the one in the wrong after she accused us of stealing. Then when I called her out for accusing me, she begins to say that it's been a long day and they're so busy instead of apologizing. Then she proceeds to say God bless you knowing Sam's Club isn't a religious affiliated company. I wonder if her God would bless a thief. Shout out to Sam's Club! definitely customer service oriented.

I lost my phone and Alex helped me. She is a supervisor, and I spoke with her several times. Every time I wanted to speak with her she was very busy, but she would take a few minutes to look in the lockbox to see if it was returned. Finally after several hours it was returned. Alex was so kind and helpful, and I'm grateful for all of her help! I'm also grateful for the young men retrieving the carts that day! Great job!

After a not so good experience, I went back to the tire center today and gave them another chance. They remembered me from a week and a half ago. My appointment was for 4pm and they apologized for my last experience and this time they did fix the flat completely and had it done in 45 minutes. I appreciate their dedication to taking care of the customer and admitting they didn't realize there were two nails and not one when I went in a week and a half ago. Thank you Sams Club tire center for making this experience worth coming back the next time and to get new tires from you when I need them.

We cancelled our Costco membership because Sam's Club offers curbside pickup. My spouse uses a wheelchair and this is huge! It increases his independence and affords him the opportunity to pick up items I would otherwise have to get for him. Unfortunately, the pickup situation has been pretty miserable. It took over two hours for him to pick up our purchase. The first hour was waiting for a parking space and then another 75 minutes waiting for someone to bring the order out. Over two hours spent waiting is ridiculous. The other customers waiting are furious and can get out of their cars to go complain to staff so then staff prioritize the angry customer over the queue. Do better Sam's Club!

So today I was running 5 mins late for tires at Sam's. Brianna made me feel comfortable and said I had about 10-15 mins for the appointment. Today was raining and I got my wind shield wiper blades done. During my wait I found out I have a stud problem. Brianna guided me on what to and told me to come back in the day to get my tires done after I get the stud fixed. She is awesome. I want to thank her and her partner for their professionalism. I was so lost but she made my day better because I will be driving my car safely.

Every time we come here, to get what we need, we seem to spend $100. Yesterday was no exception. If we wanted to, we could spend well over that amount, with all the things that they have here, it would be very easy. The prices don't seem to be too bad, although, I have never really done the math. We'll be back

First of all, I blame myself for putting myself in the situation over and over again we have attempted to use the buy online and pick up curbside service. It's never on time they always seem to have employees that didn't show up so I always end up being a fool sitting around for far too long when I wish I could just cancel the order walk in the door, grab the stuff off the shelf and make a purchase but that's not possible with their system last time you fooled me Sam's Club not doing this again

Great place to eat or grab a snack not to mention the staff are on the top of their game when it comes to getting your order ready and fast, never rude.
