Sam's Club in San Bernardino offers exceptional warehouse club values on a wide range of superior products and services, including groceries, pharmacy, optical, home furnishings, and more. Members find it a wonderful and well-organized place to shop, with shelves that are well stocked for holidays and sales. Many call it the best place to shop in the inland empire, praising the very knowledgeable and professional associates, friendly floor staff, and very good quality glasses from the optical department. Prices are noted as good. However, experiences can vary. While the staff is mostly super friendly and very helpful, there are occasional reports of unhelpful service at the gas pump or a rude employee at customer service. The location itself is considered not great but the best around. Overall, it provides a shopping adventure with high-quality products like beautiful big strawberries, though service consistency can be mixed.
