There is no doubt they can make it happen. We fully furnished our home from Sam’s Furniture. You won’t be disappointed. Definitely will be shopping with them again!

Sam’s furniture does not disappoint! They helped guide me to find the perfect furniture for my new home and even delivered and assembled it. My experience was very easy going and super helpful with overall great customer service, definitely a place I’ll be recommending my friends!

My experience at Sam's furniture was amazing. I went in just to look & came out purchasing my couches & dinning table. I love how you can customize the couches to your liking as far as what color, materiel & how soft/hard you want the cushions. Thank you Sarah for all your help & for being so nice & patient.. can't wait to get my furniture!

Best Furniture store I have been to! Really good items and low prices! I requested items I seen online and they found it for me instantly, did not hesitate to help me with my 101 questions and the sales rep Sarah did her job fantastic. She was very calm and collective and didn't rush me as other places would have. Will be back for my patio set Sarah, Thank you!

I paid $460 for a black bed frame for them to deliver and set up grey bed frame. I call and they tell me the didn’t have the black one and the people who delivered it were supposed to inform me on that. So if I didn’t call nothing would have been said. Now the refuse to answer my calls and i’m stuck with something I did not pay for nor do I want.

I paid $460 for a black bed to be delivered and set up. They delivered a grey bed and set it up. I called and the manager informed me the DELIVERY PERSON was supposed to tell me they did not have the black one in stock, to keep the grey one and to wait until Monday to be contacted about receiving the one I PAID FOR. Monday came and left, so I called Tuesday. They did not answer the phone. So I called multiple times. You're not about to scam or play with my time. When the manager did answer the phone she told me she had an over the phone meeting and she'll call me back in 5 minutes. 5 minutes turned into a hour plus later. When she called me back she informed me she just ordered the bed on Monday and Wednesday I should receive it. Then to remove my review I left on google. I'm not removing anything until I receive what I pay for. If you're a business then be a BUSINESS and deliver and set up what people pay for. If your guy gave you the wrong size information, as a manager you should have contacted me before they even arrived. Then given me the option to have the grey on delivered and set or; or wait till the black one was ready. Once you found out of that mistake. Instead you wanna be a scamming a** business and deliver s*** I DID NOT PAY FOR without telling customers. Then want to get mad because i'm calling you out. You're telling people who set up and deliver to relay a message to me, when you're the manager?? You're janky a** f**** Horrible business, unprofessional, will never go back. Will never do business. Don't come here, it's a scamming a** business. Very very very fraudulent.

Referred to this place by my sister.. they have a lot of options in the show room floor to choose from.. what is really convenient is their same day availability opposed to other places which mentioned weeks before I received my set.. they also have the option to customize your size style and color sofa set which is an added plus. I recommended this place.. guy on floor communicates well and had great suggestions forMe. He wasn’t pushy rather informative

Best place to get furniture. they take care of you like you’re family and friends. customer service was great. i was greeted as soon as i opened the door. sales rep helped me get exactly what i was looking for, plus it actually came out cheaper then i intended. i recommended all family and friends and everyone else in the san bernardino area. make sure to support small business like this one! i’ll be back for any needs!!

Update: The sectional does not hook together so it slides apart. The couch was supposed to be made soft like the lady said it's would be made. The table was supposed to be grey like the picture when I got it put together it looks brown. To address the owners response I was never notified about traffic but I live very close to this location there's no way traffic can take them additional 2 hours to arrive at my house. I'm aware that assembly is an additional fee I said I'm a single mom I didn't say I was broke. I didn't mind paying the fee. When I paid the assembly fee for my bed they left all the empty boxes and trash in my house. That's so ghetto. This owner is not taking responsibility and that's even more disappointing.

Fantastic furniture store to go too. Sarah was amazing in helping us select the best beds for our kids. They delivered and assembly very quickly our furniture. I will definitely recommend this place.

Worst experience, I will never purchase from this store again. I paid cash for my table and they delivered it without assembly. She said ever since Covid they stopped. I asked her why she didn't mention it at purchase she said "you didnt ask, you asked about delivery and its all over the store". I didn't go in looking for signs I went in looking for furniture. Then I asked the refund policy she said look at the back of your sales ticket. When I flip the ticket its stamped no refund. She stamped the back when I wasn't watching my guess or the sales tickets are all pre stamped. I could have purchased the same table online for less and no assembly. My thing is this if you're a fair dealer verbally let me no especially if your on the up and up. My next purchase are couches but not here, likely she'll drop off fabric and wood tell me to build it. Overall poor business practices, dishonest just to make money and sarcastic to a customer who supported a your local business.
