I had the pleasure of working with Jessica in the leasing office who helped me find the best and affordable option for a 3bedroom. The entire leasing office staff was very polite, informative and so helpful through the process. Look forward to moving into my new home!

Siena is a great place to live. The floor plans are a good size. We’ve lived here for 5 years starting at a 1 bed room 1 bath and then to 2 bedroom 2 bath. The kitchen in the 1 bedroom was spacious as well as the bathroom and bedroom. Living room was upgraded once we moved to the 2 bedroom. Neighbors in both locations were nice and friendly. Siena has grown so much and I appreciate the effort. They have put dog bags and have worked immensely on keeping the grass green. The management and staff are hard workers. If you have an issue with your home, they will get to it in a timely manner. For example, when we had a toilet problem they came out the same day. They are also consistent at keeping the complex clean. Next, I’d like to mention that they work with you when rent is a little late. It’s very beneficial to have such understanding. Lastly, I’d like to say the pools over the years have been amazing! There are two big pools, a kiddy pool, and a jacuzzi that have so much space. Although, last summer they were out of order. Hopefully they will keep working on it for next summer. But they have so much room in the grass area for family time and bbqs.

I lived there about 7 years ago. My friend and I just came to see the place because he is thinking of moving here and nothing has changed looking at the reviews! Pretty much the same as everyone else except my roommate got shot in our apartment because someone thought he was selling weed which was the apartment across the way from us. He survived we had roaches all the time the shower took 20 minutes to warm the lights outside we're out people chilled in front of the parking lot felt unsafe a guy offered to wash my car and detail it for $25 I told him. I then my car was keyed the next day the security guard chilled and smoked with the guys who were possibly the guys who destroy people cars. We got charged for my roommates blood stain and the bullet holes too

Just moved in here and already feel devastated with the results. To start, they didn’t have the apartment ready on the official move in day which they had already pushed back. They still allowed us to move our stuff in. Immediately we were greeted with random living and dead cockroaches all scattered around the apartment. I find more as the days go by and this is a common review already. I saw it so many times and expected for that to be over and unfortunately this whole complex is simply infested. I never had a roach or pest problem until coming here. There are random cracks, holes and gaps in the walls that were never covered up. The AC has not worked since we moved in and are in the process of getting it fixed. There was a leak coming from the ceiling in the kitchen. They did not thoroughly clean the apartment before letting us move in. The patio gate was broken and the lock does not work, the windows have no screen and do not lock. The list honestly goes on this is disgusting and unfair for people barely moving in. We were left with a place in such horrible condition. Yet they continue to take your money while giving you trash. These are all photos I took the first day here.

Management so slow to get back to you if they even do . And they will try and keep most of your deposit after you move out .

Where do I start. This was the far worse apartment you can step foot on. The first night we got there roaches coming out everywhere and they gave the place all dirty not even sanitizer well for new residents. So my husband and I deep cleaned it ourselves. Water is constantly getting shut-off (leaking isssue). Then, you have those people being loud at the middle of the night slamming the doors outside and should have a stopper. And also, neighbors upstairs apt (1052) being bumping music and have the tv blasting every single middle of the night. And to be honest it's the people that makes this place trashy. And landlords suck here.

Overpriced for the amount of things that are broken on the daily. Also, I’m assuming paying for amenities that are not available, (playground, bbq area, etc). For the people that are paying full market value (not on section 8), don’t bother. They address repairs in untimely fashion. They state they will tow after 48 hours of not moving your vehicle- that’s a lie. There has been a broken down Ford suv parked in a covered spot for over a month. They repair the entry gates only for them to be broken again the very next day, because literally they let any one move in. When they are “fixed”, they no longer open from the inside when you drive up to it. You have to have the app in order to open it, which is an extreme fire hazard. There are dumpster divers every day, no one ever does anything about that. They no longer have keys to open the mailbox gate, so either try to catch an employee (Monday or Friday, because that is the only day they are open) or pray the gate was left open. So best to get a P.O. Box. Overall, unless you move in with help from the government to subsidize the cost, don’t waste your money.

Think about 50 times over before renting here. It is literally disgusting on how they keep this place. The pictures of the laundry room just sum up on how the rest of the place looks. Just because rent is cheap doesnt mean the quality of living should be very less than acceptable. Neighbors are loud 24/7, kids are running around destroying the place 24/7, and the place keeps getting more and more trashed and all they care about cleaning properly is the pool that has been closed for almost about a year. I have emailed managment about the dirtiness of the facilities that should be cleaned out daily but no reply about anything. Just because rent seems ‘cheap’ doesnt mean youre gonna have an acceptable experience living here. Dont. Waste. Your. Time. And. Money.

A tenant in one of your buildings was stabbed and the person who stabbed him was allowed back. You are breaking housing laws by not creating a safe home environment for the victim and their family. You should’ve evicted the person or moved the victim or person from the building

This place is horrible I literally don’t complain about anything but when I expect something done I want it done you cannot get a hold of anyone you have to call a call center It’s roach infested the amount of homeless people in the area is ridiculous The amount of trash amongst the complex is ridiculous. Out of three years my dishwasher was just fixed.

Well folks, just when we thought it couldn't get worse. We found rats in our kitchen today. Yes, RATS. My mom and I heard noises in the walls and I told her that's what rats sound like and she thought, "oh no there couldn't possibly be rats." WELL THERES DEFINITELY RATS. Not the upgrade I thought my apartment would get but ok. MANAGEMENT, this is NOT ok to have us living with not only roaches, but rats now. Do something about it before someone catches a disease.
