Extremely fast and reliable service. My sprinter broke down in Cali and I was traveling with my family from Arizona. They made sure to get my car in and even rented us another Sprinter for us to travel in for only $200. They were very clear in communicating with us with what was going on. On our last day we were running a bit behind and they stayed late to give us our keys in hand. Not to mention everything was extremely clean on the inside as well as the restrooms.

Got my second car here they are amazing people and help out with anything to your car. I got my dream car Chrysler 300 here it works very well only issue had with it was overheating but everytime it was overheating they fixed the problem and they still is we are still trying to find the issue because it started happening again. I called there mechanic and they were gladly to help me and find the problem for me to fix it. This dealership helps with all your problems to your car even if it has problems they will always help you no issues with them great customer services.
Just make sure you let them know the problem with ur car ahead of time ofc hope they actually find the problem this time and it will stop happening it was working fine for three weeks Jen started doing the same thing my coolent was bubbling idk if it because of the heat outside but that shouldn’t matter hopefully they fix it this time so I can stop coming back…..

I trade in and cash for a SUV and the first week I had to take it in and took it in 3 more times for the same issue. Now the owner Said Yehia said he will give me my down payment back but now he is refusing to answer my calls and telling workers that he is not there on site. Crooked dealership and if I could give no ⭐ for the business.

They finance with crooked companies Westlake financial don't use this company they took over 19grand fromme said I still owe 10grand and came and repoed my car. Have many complaints with this company

I have been searching for a good-used car, well been turned down 2x elsewhere and not even try to get me something I could afford? But after a while I had meet with Ms.Taylor and her Manager Sylvia they spend time with me and my hubby and for some reason they made a miracle for us even being shot down at other places. So I’m very very happy about my 2008 Kia shortage I couldn’t have been delighted for these women I’m so proud that great good ppl are still making car purchases easy and fun.. I asked for their business cards and I passed them out so thank you so much for your business. I shall be back for upgrade..

I was looking everywhere for a car and I found Silver Star Auto on Offerup. I bought the white 2015 Ford Focus and it was the easiest way to buy a car ever. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They my entire experience was amazing I drove out in my new car and from start to finish was about an hour. Online application was great. I highly recommend Silver Star Auto in San Bernardino, CA LOCATED on 40th St.

Bad business these people scammed me out of over $1300. Supposedly they fixed my AC. I paid for it once and it went out again. I took it back they said it was the pump so I paid for that. it went out again. Now idk what to do I think the mechanic is just fixing things to where it’s gonna go right back out and not fix it the right way the first time they don’t answer the phones bad business I’m thinking small claims court…

Terrible business Terrible Terrible customer service..My daughter bought a car like 4days ago put down 2500 and in 4 days she needed a Cadillac converter?... Like how... Why!!! Then she had to Uber to work!! Why? The least they could of did was give her a rental.. The rude receptionist said she is lucky she getting the car fixed for free! A freaking lemon law if I ain't ever seen one! Then theydecide if to put a tracker on your car by the way you look ???? .. DO NOT BUY HERE... The OWNER. Is the worse!, The receptionist is a liar.. watch your paper work they are CROOKED

Our party called wt information on an auto...based on the information we drove 2 hours. The auto was not in the condition it was presented as over the text or photos. We were there less than 3 minutes because the auto's new bumper was mismatched paint that didnt match the true colour of the rest of the car and there was incomplete body work, and the back window was not fully secured. The auto had been a smoker car, which was not told to us. Time was wasted because the truthful information on the car's condition was not disclosed verbally or in the photos or in text. Full transparency is essential in selling and buying cars. It would have been nice here.
