University Smoke Shop Plus is the best smoke shop in San Bernardino and the IE. It is a great shop with a great selection and the best prices, fully stocked with any and everything needed. The workers provide great, friendly, top notch service and are very helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. The shop has awesome vibes and is highly recommended as a one-stop shop for all smoking needs.
The guy that's there at night is so nice and helpful he helped me pick out a vape that was very reasonably priced and gave me a good deal on other merchandise .. HANDS DOWN TO HIM FOR EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Best shope I've been to in San Bernardino. It was a little smaller than some shops, but they had great selection and it wasn't so overwhelming like some larger stores. The worker had same name as me so couldn't forget it, vince was chill and very helpful. Definitely going back
