I like the way they sign you in it's a self-help tablet thingy and even though there was alot of people they still managed to help me pretty fast, I was in and out with my receipt.

I forgot to leave my review yesterday, but I wanted put this up and mention Hector who helped us out tremendously. Easy going and explained everything in a super simple fashion. I will be back soon to get my phone service, and rest assured I know Hector gonna make the transition smooth.

Switching over my phone service and dreaded the process HOWEVER when i came in i was greeted with smiles and great customer service. I worked with Hector who not only gave me great service that was an easy process but also saw i could save money on my current internet. He saved me a significant amount with even faster speed! I would love to get a Galaxy 6 smart watch unfortunately spectrum does not support them they support other Galaxy products just not the watches. So my only choice is either getting an ugly apple watch or changing provider.

So I went to spectrum today with my sister who had a spectrum plan and I will get the phone free so they said that was a lie you cannot get the free line by unless you upgrade your phone TV service something you have to upgrade you can't get that deal ! And no ads to say you can't have a deal unless you upgrade come on in and get a deal my sister and I we got food , and you know what they're doing the minute you walk it has that deal he started don't talk to you so whatever you do so mu

They were really nice but I don't see why you need the ID as long as you have all the information and PIN number and everything see my purse was stolen so I couldn't fix my account in the store I had to do it over the phone It was a little frustrating but they were polite about it so what can you do

Abraham was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to easily answer our many questions, and address any concerns we had with buying our new phones. He was also friendly and did not pressure us into anything. Great experience.

Spectrum mobile as a whole organization has a most bogus service,and can't even resolve simple matters. Despite of wasting hours and hours of my time,I could not have my device paid off. All the money I gave them,they put it as a credit towards paying my monthly bill. Spectrum has made this thing so complicated,and wasted hours and hours of my time. This is not the first time they have done this.Repeatedly ,it keep on happening on any simple issue.

The experience here was amazing. DAMIAN helped me out a lot. Not only did we get set up with new phones in less than 20 minutes, but he also helped me out on the rate I was paying on my internet at home. That's what I call customer service. It's so refreshing to see helpful people in such a cut-throat world.
