Thinkwise credit union delivers a personal experience that ensures every member is valued as a person not just a number. One staff person in particular Teresa, went above and beyond to ensure our wire transfer for our first home went through diligently. She went out of her way to answer all questions, some I asked more than once, as well as sent a confirmation when it did go through. The communication was much appreciated. Bravo Thinkwise!! Keep up the great work and the great staff! Thank you again Teresa your hard work really does make a difference.

Smooth Process Opening New AccountBut very hard to contact and deal with. Would not accept my history and wanted me to re-fill out paperwork for a "pre approved" car loan. I just went into my other credit union and they handed me a check to go buy a car on one of these pre-approved rates. Ultimately, they were just too small and difficult to deal with. Even though it is a small place with few employees, they treated me like a stranger every time. Even with my very large checks on auto deposit and an excellent credit rating. We have stopped working with them.

Why have atm locations listed on your website as able to go to if they are not for public use. My family friend daughter who does not do mobile app or online has to make deposits and couldn’t since branch not open till 930. Went to atm listed and they said not for public use. Was a huge waste of gas and time

The kindest most patient teller in the world Moises helped me out with my card when it wasn’t working and went above and beyond to make sure everything would be Ok since I was going out of town. The team at the San Bernardino branch are just so wonderful!! Thank you Thinkwise!!

Decent bank just watch out for the tellers! Make sure you count out your money right in front of them and double check your receipt!!!!!! I wish I had!

This is a nice new beautiful building and it's literally in the middle of a business section area that doesn't have anything open, and they don't even have a bathroom for their customers. Makes absolutely no sense, it's just rude' & disrespectful for the credit union member's, shows their care & respect for their clients".

Been with them since 1988 and have never gotten such great customer service anywhere else. Deborah is great, knows her IRA. Stuff and everything else. Love their new building, more parking, more space!

Everything is great until you miss a payment or need assistance with making a payment. I accidentally missed a payment in January and didn't realize it until I received an email from them. I'm completely at fault for not realizing that I transferred the money to the wrong account, and I called as soon as I saw the email ready to make the payment. The man that took my call decided to use the wrong tone with me when I wouldn't give him a second phone number. He said they kept calling me but couldn't leave a message. He keep insisting for a second number until I got firm with him and asked him to move on to take my payment. So annoying and unprofessional! Note, I've never made a late payment before, I've actually made extra payments. He finally took my payment information, confirmed my email, and then hung up without giving me a confirmation number. I later checked my phone for missed calls, and I saw no missed calls from them. I had to email someone to get my confirmation number because every-time I call, the wait time is too long. I few days later after not receiving a confirmation number and not seeing it charged from my account, I just decided to make the payment online and that was faster than waiting on them to do their job. When I first opened my account with them, I asked for assistance with accessing my online account and I got the same annoyed tone from one of their workers. Anyway, I can't wait to finish paying off the loan I have with them and close this account. It's almost like they hate doing their job and instead of making things easy, they wanna give you a hard time.

I have been with Thinkwise for about 10 years, my previous credit was wonderful but I made the decision to transfer to a credit union closer to home. I am so glad I did. I have never had a bad incident with Thinkwise.
