Torrid is located inside the inland center mall.Employees are super friendly and welcoming.The store is well maintained, and it's easy to navigate.Lots of inventory to choose from and @ great prices.Great jeans and super cute leggings.I'd definitely recommend shopping here.

Had an amazing experience. Was checked out by Crystal. Exceptional Service. And the young lady that assisted me was very helpful choosing appropriate style of pants that I was looking for . I left very happy with the selection to choose from as well.

Went to several stores to find a bathing suit that was pretty and plus sized with no luck. At Torrid I had lots to choose from and they even ordered some bathing suit bottoms for me that they didn't currently have in my size. The ladies were so helpful and encouraging and I feel comfortable in the 2 suits I chose.

I went in to return many clothing items fory Wife and Amara (I'm hoping I spelled her name correctly) was so nice with the greeting even knowing how many items I had to return. She did it quickly with a smile on her face. Awesome Customer Service. Definitely deserves recognition. Thank you again ??

The store manager Linsey is amazing! She has the best customer service ever and she's so sweet. If you can't find your size on the floor she always takes the time out to check everywhere for what your looking for, I love coming to this Torrid.

I love this store and I love the girls that work here. They are always on their stuff I am a very difficult customer and they make sure that I am happy every time that I leave . Amara and Lindsey are the two names that stick out to me the most I believe Lindsay is the store manager regardless I'm sure you guys know who I'm talking about they are great I could actually see them running their own locations.
