Adrian helped me extremely well! Very well knowledgeable in the transfer process, I went from Verizon with 3 lines and Internet and transferred to Total and Adrian and Marco helped me save over $200 a month and I was able to keep my phones and numbers. They are the best!

They refused to do a refund or exchange for a phone that was defective. Had the phone for less than 1 day and they said oh well, can't do anything about it because their policy is no returns even with box and receipt. Now stuck with a service I don't want and a phone that doesn't work. Would not recommend because if something goes wrong the store won't care to help you.

I'm a senior who was take an advantage of at this location on Mount Vernon. Every new phone I have purchased over the past 20 years came with a charger and cable in the package. Even the defective phone I purchased as a new customer just months ago had a charger and cable in it. They don't even repair phones they sell! I was desperate I need to be in contact with doctors etc, so I just purchased a new phone that turned out to be less quality than the one I had purchased previously. When I got home there was no charger in the box and there was no cable on the box. Who does that? I I explained my situation to several employees, including the manager. The manager tell me they would provide me with a cable and charger, but when I went into the store the manager and employees refused to give me one. My advice is to avoid buying anything from this location! I'm going to follow up in court very soon because the manager won't even return my phone calls.

Great customer service. Purchased a phone for super affordable and the coverage has been great!!!! Will definitely continue to purchase my phones from this store. Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable, answered all my questions and cleared my doubts.

The person I was talking to on the phone was polite and helped me with a situation I was having adding money to an account. The only problem I have with her is that she gave me false information about being able to return unused paid phone cards to the store with receipt. It's not true. So be careful and positive about which phone card you buy because it's big waste of money if you get the wrong one.
