The driver provided good customer service and arrived within the time frame given. The only downside is that the company only accepts cash but the driver was kind enough to take me to a nearby atm. I still wanted to make sure it was truly fixed, so Arty, the driver, followed me to the mechanic to make sure it got there safely and to quickly get it going again if something were to happen.
